Host: Jen BelenPackage 4 (hosting only) = Php 8,000salute to this girl. total performer and very professional indeed. nawala kiyeme ng mga guests ko, both kiddies and adults alike, go sila sa games. nag-enjoy sobra guests namin di sila nakauwi ng maaga (kaya during avp madami pa tao na usually nilalangaw during events). actually, inambon pa kami ng konti (ready to pack up na kami ni hubby w/ Rustica staffs to move indoors) pero dedma sila, si Jen go lang din with her show. i was asked left and right san ko daw nakuha si Jen. si
[textspeak!] nga gusto siya iimport sa Iloilo, lol. her games are unique, wala siyang Bring Me and yet kids were upfront waiting to join the games. Jen is really a fool-proof, worry-free, 100%-delivery-guaranteed supplier.
Sideshow Entertainment: Jiggles the Balloon LadySide-booth only = Php 6,500 (booked through kiddie-party.ph)simply. amazing. and she's really nice pa. booked her through kiddie-party.ph, may konting glitches sa pricing pero it was kiddie-party's fault. anyway, magaling talaga si ms.Jiggles and her assistant. nagugulat na lang ako sa mga nakikita kong balloon arts - may Arielle, Cookie Monster, cars, giant (as in) flowers, Squidward, etc. at one point halos nag-compete sila ni Jen sa attention ng kids pero naayos din naman kasi kids settled back to their seats once they have balloons. one more thing i liked pa is they stayed throughout the entire party, hindi yung porque sideshow eh 2 hours or so lang, and they're making balloons non-stop the whole duration.
Cake: Bea of Nothing But Sweets(design by me; cupcake toppers from Etsy)6" Round Cake + 100 pcs Mini Cupcake Package = Php 3,000; Cupcake = Php 35/pcBea is a last minute supplier when the friend who's supposed to do the cake went abroad. i googled for mini cupcake suppliers within QC area and stumbled upon a blog mentioning NBS. i inquired and she replied promptly and nicely and i also got a good rate. i also inquired from other bakers but i chose her bec. she's near the area so i got setup for free and she didn't charge extra for Red Velvet, sa iba kasi mas mahal dahil premium cake daw. even at her rate quality wasn't compromised. narinig ko na lang mga friends ko "sarap!" ng "sarap!". paglingon ko inaatake na pala yung cake tower, pati si mother! i took a bite and it really is yummy! sarap ng cream cheese frosting. that's all the taste i got kaya 'til now bitin pa rin. si hubby walang natikman kaya we're thinking of ordering again for Christmas hehe.
Foodcart - Potato Twist: My Chocolate Heaven100 servings = Php 3,500 (plus php 350 transpo cost to QC)one of (if not) the lowest rates i saw that offers Potato Twist cart with 100pax servings. kaya when i confirmed the price nag-book na ako agad. madali naman kausap si ms.Emz. sila actually ng husband niya personally ang nag-man ng cart. at times lang humahaba ang pila kasi ilan lang naman ang kaya iluto ng sabay2x sa fryer. pero maganda pa luto nila, crispy and thin.
Foodcart - Ice Scrambles: Gashville100 servings, 8 oz = Php 2,500 (plus php 200 transpo cost)one of lowest rate for 100pax din na nakita ko considering their serving size of 8oz, sa iba 2k tapos 5oz lang. yung ice scramble nila nung nakita sa pic sabi ko parang dry, pero sabi sa akin ng mga guests hindi daw, masarap nga daw actually. aba, tingin ko naman oo. ubos eh pareho ng Potato Twist, mga box office!
Tarpaulin (print only), Balloon Cake Arch, Balloonderitas (labor only), Hello Kitty Mylars: Gashville(design/layout by me; balloons from online stores)Package = Php 2,500we're supposed to do diy decor kaso ayaw nang ma-stress ni hubby during the day itself kaya i looked for suppliers (w/in QC ulit) who will agree to balloon inflating (and hanging) services only. i saw a setup of Gashville that i liked and when i inquired reasonable naman yung price, at ok lang sa kanila yung balloonderitas labor, they just charged me minimally. in the end, Marga of Gashville even discounted the foodcart price she initially quoted me.
Favors: Lucky H (gumball machine) and Chocolate Lovers (candy-coated choco balls)i wanted a gumball machine souvenir and googling led us to Lucky H store in Juan Luna St., Divisoria. malaki din nadiscount namin, from 100php each nakuha namin sa 70php. dapat sana all red kaso konti na lang kaya assorted na lang. yung candy-coated choco balls from Chocolate Lovers sakto siya sa gumball machine. medyo matigas din yung candy-coating kaya hindi basta lumalambot at hindi naiipit inikot yung machine.
Maia's Dress: Pettiskirt Styleiba talaga ang quality pettiskirt, luxuriously soft and fluffy, but it indeed comes with a price. during my hunt though Pettiskirt Style na yung nakita kong cheapest with quality comparable to Kaiya Eve. tapos yung pettitop nila garterized sa likod na parang may ruffles din, sa iba plain lang yung likod (kaya puro paharap ang pictures). prob lang ng konti sa color. i first ordered the red pettiskirt and during that time out of stock yung red pettitop. nung nagka-stock na sila ng pettitop iba na pagka-red ng chiffon niya, darker compared to the skirt. i thought of returning it pero di na lang since di naman ganun ka-obvious at hassle lang. my still looked divine regardless hehe
Photo/Video: NextgenPackage (8x11 album option) = Php 16,500they were supposed to be our P/V supplier on our wedding but we had change of plans. pero nagustuhan namin silang kausap at katrabaho kaya we kind of vowed to get them kung may occassion ulit, eto na nga yun. so far we're satisfied with their shots, may ilang malalabo pero madami ding magandang kuha it's a pain to choose only a hundred hehe. Nextgen is one supplier we can say na confident and assured kami na maganda ang makukuha naming output sa kanila.
btw, pictures uploaded may have watermarks but they are RAW, straight from Nextgen's digicam to my laptop.
Miscellaneous Stuffs (DIY)Centerpiece Photo Balloon (Fotoloon): Lollipop Balloons
- got the printable balloons for 40php each, pag plain, pag may kasamang printing 75php. we decided kami na lang mag-print makakapili pa kami ng design. nagkalat naman sa internet yung software and templates. magastos lang sa ink hehe pero our guests loved it inuwi nila yung iba.
Snacks (fishcracker, chichacorn, mini choco chips): Bocaue, Bulacan
- basta along hi-way in Bocaue yung store. matagal na namin silang na-discover, mura kasi fishcracker sa kanila. huge bag before is only 80php, now it's 120php.
Piñata - wanted something different so when i saw paper plate polyhedrons while researching i decided it's how our piñata would be. madali lang naman gawin, nahirapan lang kami pag-isipan kung pano didiskartehan yung opening ng piñata esp. since gusto ko yung isa-isa ang hila. nagawan naman ng paraan last minute.
Invites- i just did the layout then had it matte printed at Kodak. then yung envelopes made of red cartolina hehe
