Yung orange, first food na kakainin mo pag gising mo.. breakfast mo ito.. next intake mo lunch na.. water lang or oatmeal in between.. yan daw secret nya.

sila sa sweets o kaya kumain ng biscuits or whatever in between. So I think dapat i-minimize
to para makatulong sa pagpapa-slim.

Yung friends ko na nag-slim down nag Atkin's diet, yun bang bawal sila mag-rice. Nag-work
din sa kanila yun.

Dapat stay out and holds her own pass...parang di kasi ako makahanap...I tried online, newspapers, etc...mahal kasi kapag ad hoc basis (12-15 SGD per hour yung mga nahahanap ko)...advices naman...thanks!

I just don't know kung payag sya ng special rate kung regular ang schedule like what you mentioned.

bluegintonic: i hire a part time helper to do some cleaning or ironing every other week. pinay sya. ang bayad ko sa kanya usually $10/hr.

Ate Kaye, i got your mederma na :)

Mami viols, I got your Aveeno na din..

Hello mommies! How are you spending school holidays and the GSS?

Aside from Daniel Yan, may alam pa ba kayo na shop na mabibilhan ng evening dress na pwedeng isuot sa wedding? Need to buy one for myself at gusto ko ring samantalahin na sale season ngayon.

Did you enrol your kids to any enrichment class this holiday?

Meron palang family night out ang Ufamily this June 18 sa Downtown East. Parang disco sya for kids.
If you're an ntuc member, $10 lang ang entrance for the whole family up to 5 members.
