Longest time na Nabakante Kayo from Work?

Ano yung pinakamatagal nyong time na nabakante kayo? Yung gaps nyo between jobs ha.  It could be any reason like business, babies etc.

About two months, kasi nag-end na lang yung contract ko and I wasn't able to get another. Wasn't that long pero tama rin yung timing when I finally got back to work.

18 months.  I resigned few months before I got married.  I've got a honeymoon baby girl now.  We're planning to have another baby next month, once I stop breastfeeding.  I miss my work sometimes.  Just a smile from my baby makes me think otherwise

8 months. Kasi I got married and gave birth to my eldest. After that, dere-derecho na ako. Hindi ko kaya ang walang trabaho. I am not the domesticated type, so you can just imagine towards the end of those 8 months, talagang gigil na gigil na ako magtrabaho. I told my husband "Hanggang dito na lang. Maghahanap na ako ng trabaho. Hindi ko talaga kaya ang nasa bahay lang." He said "Ok." Two weeks after that, first day ko na on my new job. =)

Derecho na yun, yung next break ko, was when I gave birth na to my second child, pero technically, hindi "bakante" yon kasi maternity leave lang naman yon.

5 months. Before kasi kami mag-migrate, sabi ko papahinga muna ako haha. Tapos when we finally did, it took me a month to find a job.

I actually want to take time off. Kahit mga 2 months lang na pagmumuni-muni lol. Masyado na kong suya eh.

from the corporate world, mga 1 yr and 2 mos. I stayed home when I got preggers with our first and went back when my daughter was 6 mos old. But I really didn't just stay home. 5 months. I was 8 months preggy when I lost my job. Then, had another job nung 3 months old na yung anak ko.

1 month lang, i resigned dun sa previous, previous job ko kahit wala pa kong lilipatan.. hehe.. then yung etong last na resign ko, 3 days na pahinga lang..

Ako mga 6 years. 

Computer programming talaga hilig ko but bagsak pagdating sa mga entrance exams sa mga colleges and universities.  Decided to take up Business Management first then shift nalang to ComSci kaso hindi rin ako naka-shift.  After graduation, i worked in a couple of management positions but always got in trouble with the big bosses (medyo activist ako e so dami ko reklamo sa work.) 

Decided i had enough and really wanted to go into programming.  Studied at one of the leading computer centers, after 3 months i got bored because of the slow pace of the lessons.  I quit school and began to self-study.  During those times, and dahil mahirap maghanap ng work since i really had no proper education in IT, naging tambay ako sa mall for 6 years, before my big break came along.    Naging Head programmer agad ako for this RealEstate company.

Almost 3 months. Nagshift kasi ako ng industry. Sa una, masaya kasi bum lang, nakabakasyon. Pero pag tagal, nakakadepress din kasi parang ang useless ko.
