i haven't tried lauress yet sis...

i use Grecian Gold sa Joppa to top off a lighter shade of foundation/bb cream. Na-ne-neutralize yung pagkaputi nung liquid foundie. When used alone, GG might be tad dark already if you have acidic skin (acidic ako kaya i use trad foundies tha are a shade lighter).

I also mix Joppa FC Light3 with GG (50:50) kung hindi ako maglalagay ng liquid foundie. Para di matrabaho, I have a separate pot for my MMU mix already.

I also have a pot of PA Soft Wheat & Joppa GG (50:50) mix.

after a month of almost daily use of monave, napansin ko biglang nag-dry skin ko, especially around the nose and mouth. my face has turned red and started peeling na rin, pero exfoliating never helped it.

never akong nag-dry nang ganito before, kasi i've always been oily! has this happened to any of you also? how do you fix it?

^^^ Mas tamad nga ako eh, I don't mix hehe. Usually if may day lang na masyadong maputi yung Golden Harvest, pinapatungan ko na nung Soft Wheat para hindi super yellow. I'm thinking of trying out pure gold and pure bronze ng lauress.

^^Search mo sa ebay.ph yung Pure Anada, lalabas naman ata results nung seller dun. Thrice na ko nakabili sa kanya. She's nice.

there's a new formulation of avon mineral foundation that will come out april 1. or maybe addtional shade lang and not totally new formulation. iv tried it and i like it. in ivory pink color.

i cant believe na im NOT reaching out for heavy coverage foundies anymore! in love ako kay EL double wear liq foundie but ever since my skin got better, pure MMU nalang talaga.

I love how Pure Anada melds in my skin after hours. Hindi greasy. Pag super humid, blot lang ako and it's all okay na.

these days, puro MMU+spritz of water nalang ako. ang appealing ng finish! im thinking bout buying a real spritz (altho namamahalan ako sa evian), like sa TBS.

mga sis alam niyo po ba kung anong magandang primer for mineral make up? i tried bare minerals but it gave me pimples and it irritated my skin

hi! been almost 2 yrs since i visited the MMU thread!  I found my HG in Joppa and now I want to try a compact pressed powder type of foundation...
Can anyone please pretty please recommend a brand that has a pressed powder type of MMU? Preferably ones you've tried?

ive tried pureglow eyewake..which is a concealer...but then im using it as foundie..bad ba yun?? kasi match sya sakin eh..

ellana din i tried...my shade was chai tea latte--but then i think they change formulation and ang puti na sakin...then yung a shade darker that the chai-forgot what name--too tan for me..

i also have lauress radiant ivory minimalist...masyado maputi sa pictures...

yung joppa reseller sa multiply,yung iba hinde na available yung refills and most are OOS...i dont want to buy the whole jar kasi..i want to check muna ano shade ko..

yup, may custom tax depending on the value of your package. 2010 pa ata ang last transaction ko with customs, nasa 40php ang bayad ko for a package below $30.

tip lang, request na sa envelope ilagay yung order mo. sa strawberrynet.com kasi, box lagi ang lalagyan regardless of the size of your purchase. napag initan ng QC post office at gusto ako papuntahin BFAD ba yun para magprocess ng papers at ang tax ko aabot ng 2k+ daw (my gulay, a little over $25 lang yung purchase ko!). nakiusap ako at nagpacharming+awa talaga hanggang sa naconvince ko yung supervising officer. sabi, "o next time ha, kelangan may papers and proper custom fees na yan. ano bang gamit mo at ang kinis ng makeup mo? dat di naman ganyan balat mo." nang insulto pa, mwahaha! ayun, nagchikahan kami ng mineral makeup. sinabi ko na mag order sa ellana kasi proudly Pinoy saka locally available.

from what ive observed sa daming times na ako nag claim sa PO, basta boxed items, mainit mata nila. feeling nila kayamanan ni mojacko. ewan.

absolutely not sis. if you'll recall monave, their bestselling variant sa MMU foundie ay yung concealer foundie line nila.

i super love Clinique's Superbalanced powder makeup (with SPF 15).  i discovered this the last time I was in the US (Dec 2009).  i bought 2 and just last week I asked a friend to buy me another one cause my last piece is almost empty.  i checked this out in HK last month but it has not been released yet.  I was at Rustan's last week and the SA said it will be released nga raw here in Manila around May/June.  But I bet it will be overpriced.

is it true na pag phil. post, malaki chance na mawala yung package? di daw secure dun.

Namiss ko MMU
Now that it is summer, and i got a tan, balik MMU ako. Before kasi ewan ko ba anong nangyari, naging  nc25-30 ako. Balik nc35 ako now, and Lumiere Med Golden Cashmere is soooo perfect for me. Ayan, magagamit ko sila ulet

been and always will be loyal to blusche. from primer to foundies to veils. this is the only mmu brand that doesn't clog my pores, doesn't dry me up and doesn't make me break out unlike other mmus i've tried.  kaso nga lang hindi complete ang stocks nila dito sa manila most of the time. so i have to wait pa for some time till the stocks arrive from canada.

Im continuously growing a really immense liking for Lumiere foundies than my regular, highly reliable faves, Joppa and Pure Anada. It seems like the former lends better coverage this time of the year, sayang lang wala pa ding major sale.

Hi mga sis, I'm looking for MMU in pressed powder form and I'm thinking of trying Jane Iredale or Colorescience. I've only tried Ellana so far and yung shade ko is Caramel Latte (medium with golden undertones). For Jane Iredale, I'm not sure kung anong shade ko :/ Medium Warm, Latte? http://janeiredale.com/bases_pp.html And for Colorescience, match na siguro yung California Girl? TIA!
