Im planning to venture on MMU again, pero medyo di ako satisfied sa local brands dito ngayon. Most lack in shade selection and hindi finely milled at chalky.

in that case sis, cleanse-tone-moisturize-prime-foundie-setting powder-powder concealer-finpow (use nalang velour puff instead of brush and do a pressing motion para di masira concealer)

A. acidic kasi sis yung skin ko, so there are some face makeup that turns dark on me. muddy tignan, pangit, di malinis

B. ultra resolution finishing powder (URFP) from aromaleigh. it has 4 shades, one of them is translucent. nagiging reddish ang face ko after several hours lalo pag under the sun. im using peaches and cream now na mas okay ang effect sakin. pearlized ang makeup+ nabblur yung pores.

so that it means i am acidic?  masearch ko nga yang URFP na yan hehe

my fave mmu foundie for the past 4 days: pure luxe in warm honey. this has been in my stash for 2 or 3 years na ata and i haven't tried this before because it looked a bit dark for me. but i have been experimenting with a bb cream that was a bit too light for me so i tried using this to balance the shade.

ang ganda-ganda! when you first apply it, you don't immediately get the wow effect. but once it has melded onto your skin, you can fake beautiful glowing skin. it lasts the whole day. kahit na oily na ang feeling ko, dewy lang ang effect. na-miss ko tuloy yung pure luxe powder eraser. it was also good in controlling the oilies.

im currently using ellana..ilove it because its so light on the skin and yet it gives me that flawless look together with my bbcream..

ako kaai hindi naman ako fan ng makeup so ayoko ng maraming kung ano ano sa muka na para bang ang bigat

since palagi ko na rin naririnig yung joppa kahit sa ibang thread, chineck ko sa multiply..

i checked the simple radiance finpow and nalito ko dahil may dewy may original tas meron din na simple radiance lang..ano difference tsaka ano ba tamang shade? i use espresso con panna finpow sa ellana pero ang sabi yung sheer at medium daw for any skintone..

order ako ng samples pag nakuha ko tamang shade at pag naintindihan ko na difference ng dewy at orginal hehe

^ ako din sis, di ko masyado ma-distinguish anong difference ng dewy at original. hehe... pero pareho ko silang gamit - ina-alternate ko lang ;-)

@herroyalbleakness: haha.. aside from the foundies and powder eraser (i've only tried original), i also love the eraser which is in cream/gel form. i use this on top of my makeup to "minimize" lines and pores. this works like magic. tinitipid ko talaga to, to be used for special occasions only. hehe..

@snix: i've only used the simple radiance and it does make your skin radiant and it also helps with the oilies. happy ako dito. =)

@hardyrissa: i don't think we have local resellers of pure luxe but you can buy from the website. i think they ship internationally. i got mine from a fellow girltalker when i was still an mmu noob.

i've tried pressed foundie of human nature. i used it only for retouching but it was a hit or miss for me. i still haven't figured out what i did wrong during my "misses," nagiging ashy. but during my "hits," ok naman sa kin ang sand dollar. but i gave it to my mom, mas happy sya. probably because she's not acidic. i want to give this another try kasi convenient talaga for traveling ang pressed form.

may color correcting erasers pa. yung powder eraser naman, feeling ko mala-URFP sya... or even better since "it has REAL peral powder"...

intriguing din yung whipped cream foundation.

Hello guys! I'm loving my MMU again

I've been using MMU na talaga before then tried BB Creams tapos ngayon balik MMU na ako ulit. I must say I like MMU more.

I've been reading good reviews about Joppa, Pure Glow and Pure Anada.

Could someone kindly PM me the links of local resellers of Joppa and Pure Anada? TIA!

@herroyalbleakness: the powder eraser works well as a primer. i get the same effect when i mix milan oil at bay with perfect presentation. this mix is another fave of mine. yup, maganda talaga yung eraser, parang airbrush in a jar. =)

Gusto ko sana i-try yung Joppa pero hindi nagrereply yung reseller sa akin about available shades nung foundies, sayang.

Good thing I availed the PA sale, my stock pa ko ng Golden Harvest at Soft Wheat. I use Golden Harvest kapag daytime, kapag may lakad sa gabi, Soft Wheat. Masyado kasing maputi sa pictures itsura ko sa Golden Harvest. hehe.

I'm thinking of availing the BOGO ng Lauress, hindi ko pa lang alam talaga yung shade ko.  I tried Radiant Gold before, feeling ko ang light.

wow, finally, a shade twin sa PA on Soft Wheat

eto ang fave ko as of Dec 2010.

For a year, puro Joppa gamit ko. Naalala ko na i have PA MMU's din pala so palit naman muna. Sa MMU foundies na nabili ko, feeling ko aabot ng 2015 bago ko maubos 'to (3 Joppa, 2 PA, 1 EDM all full-size)
