Teeth Grinding While Sleeping

nagpagawa din ako nito sa metro dental 7k kasi namili pako ng kulay, saktong sakto yung fit sa lower jaw ko and never will it be removed kaso nakakatamad din isuot kasi masakit sa panga din.. siguro nangangalay pero better to kesa mag-grind at masira ang ngipin...

Ganito yung daughter ko she's 12. Nagtataka ako kasi kami magkakapatid and yung biological father nya maayos ang teeth and hindi nag braces pero sya hindi maayos and nag grind sya ng teeth pag gabi. Hindi ko pa sya mapa lagyan braces kasi hindi pa permanent lahat

i have an appliance/splint/mouth guard. I don't experience teeth grinding but was diagnose with 2nd opinion to have a TMJ. the cost is 55k with unlimited therapy.

the tmj has caused my severe migraine and i am still observing if my appliance helps on alleviating migraine attacks
