i'm using abonne milk scrub plus yoko cream for elbow/knee. minimal lang effect.

Update:

Naglighten naman yung knees ko pero sobrang konti sa glutamax soap, cream at lotion.

Combo ng nivea moisturizer after maligo kasi lagi akong naka tight pants. so pinapatuyo ko muna yung nivea sa knees ko bago ko isuot pants and then sa gabi pag uwi, sinasabunan ko muna at onting exfoliate para mawala yung moisturizer, makapal kasi then yung lightening cream ng glutamax.

Won't really recommend though, kasi ang mahal.
Right now, sumusubok ako sa peeling. I tried erase solution muna.

Suggest naman kayo ng scrub. I tried Asian Secrets, di effective.

^Sis lotion lang ng lotion. Anak ko napansin ko ang itim ng knees niya. Mahilig kasi siya sa mga floor works. Bata pa kasi. Tyaga lang kami sa lotion. Tapos avoid mo too much friction like ayun nga nakaluhod sa floor ganyan.

Ahh I've literally had them since I was a kid and nothing I ever did worked. But I finally found something that made a huge difference! For a long time I tried moisturizing, scrubs and lightner cream but it wasn't until recently that I found out it was all for nothing https://19216811.cam/  https://1921681001.id/ . Turns out the dark spots on my knees were calluses so I started looking into how to remove calluses and found these callus path removers. After 48 hours, you take off the patches and it peels off. I'm super happy with the results and I haven't seen someone suggest using the patches for your knees yet, so I hope this works for others as well.
