Is Bonei same with A'Bonne? Available ba siya dito sa pinas? Wala kasi akong makitang Bonei sa market.

Hi, I started trying massaging olive oil and leaving it for an hour.
I've read it in an article somewhere that you can use oil such as olive oil, coconut oil etc in it's purest form to lighten knees and elbows. Today is day 1. :)

Itatry ko din yun sugar + olive oil. Massage for 5 minutes before taking a bath. :)

If anyone of you have tried it already, please let me know.

Nakaubos din ako ng isang Yoko Knee and Elbow. Didn't work.

Currently using YPO pero I don't know kung effective. Is it better kung TCA peel than YPO?

I use milk salt scrub, pumice stone or exfoliating glove from The Body Shop. Fold your knee so the skin is stretched then scrub lightly, followed by whitening lotion. My mom taught me this. Happy to say that even if I'm morena, my knees are not that dark. Hope this helps!

I've started using glutamax soap, lotion and cream. Hopefully they work.

Yup. Yoko didn't work din sa akin. Sana yung abonne nalang yung binili ko, much cheaper pa. Next time siguro yun na yung kukunin ko.

Hi sissies.

Right now I'm using calamansi.

Salamat!

My knees got darker when I did certain exercise routines that required me to kneel on a mat that put extra pressure on them. Pati na din sa elbows. So what I did was put calamansi extract on my knees and elbows and then evaporated milk twice everyday. I just let it sit there for about 15min before i take a shower in the morning and evening. I also used a whitening scrub on my entire body every 3 days. Nag lighten naman sya fortunately :)
