Siguro sis you're highly intuitive.  Try to lessen activities that are inclined to creativity, like: daydreaming, thinking of ideas & possibilities, painting, writing, etc.  Be more in touch with reality, (cooking, cleaning, organizing) keep yourself busy physically and avoid over-thinking.
Hindi kasing tindi yung lucid dreams ko compared sayo, but nabawasan yun significantly by being more grounded.

Funny lang na there are people who considers that as a "gift" ... others even use illegal drugs just to experience vivid dreaming, yet here we are wanting to make it stop, hehe.

Hi sis Ihadelaluna, please help me interpret this:

Nasa National Bookstore ako with my husband, maraming mga ‘watcher’ na mga bata ages 8 to 12. Watcher sila sa mga customer na nagsha shoplift. May na-shoplift na kong colored pens, stationeries, cute note pads, then habang nag pupuslit ako ng notebooks, organizers at ballpens, nakita ako ng watcher. Sabi nya sa akin bayaran ko na daw kaya pumila ako sa cashier para bayaran, pero ang binayaran ko lang ay ballpens, hindi napansin ang ibang nakuha ko. Lumabas na kami ng National, happy ako at the same time kinakabahan.

I had this dream last Monday (siesta time). May isang reptile that resembles an iguana, actually more of a chameleon. Nakatalikod and then nung humarap sa akin, it was about to attack. Buti na lang nakakulong pala yun sa garapon. So bumangga lang sa glass.

Then kanina lang, the bag that I am currently using as my workbag (parang metallic gold), biglang napatid daw yung isa sa 2 handles. Parang may two white threads na lang ata na natira para masabing putol na talaga.

Hi Lady Dana,

Please help to interpret my dreams. For two consecutive nights ko ng napapanaginipan mga sisters ko.
First night was about my youngest sister. She died in the dream pero mga 7 to 9 years old sya. Mukhang pupunta na sya sa 'light' sa dream kaya masaya sya. In real life mga 30 plus years old na sya.

Next night naman I dreamt of my other sister. Weird kasi she is also over 30 years old pero sa dream ko 15 years old sya. As in sinabi sa dream na 15 years old sya. Tapos sa dream ko eh anak ko sya na prinoprotektahan from my husband. Scared sya sa dream.

Ano kaya meanings nito kasi pareho silang mas bata sa mga dreams ko.

Guys help. Ano kaya ibig sabihin ng dream ko. Napanaginipan ko beloved lolo ko. Lagi ko sinasabi sana magpakita sya sakin kahit sa panaginip lang. Sobrang sakit ng pagkawala nya.

Hindi ko alam na hinintay nya pala ako hanggang matapos eh hapon na yun. Wala kainan sa labas. So hindi sya naglunch. Nung meron ako work dati pag ginagabi ako ng uwi. Nagagalit sya kase dapat pasundo daw ako sa kanya. Hay miss na miss ko sya.

Hello, everyone.

Hindi ko na marecall kung kailan ako last nanaginip, pero kagabi naalala ko ang dream ko.
Yung isang friend ko daw nakatanggap ng advisory na may paparating daw na earthquake so pinauwi na ang lahat ng tao from the offices. Tapos ang last scene was nasa kama ako nakapikit (hindi ko lang sure kung subconsious ko yun) tapos inaantay ko na dumating yung earthquake.
