Dreams and its Interpretations

Hello po Ihadelaluna, please pa interpret po nitong dreams ko.

1. In my dream, I am pregnant, and though hindi ko pa sya nakikita, I know, lalake sya. Then bigla nagshift sa ayaw ko sya ilabas, then bigla meron boy na naka cling saken and Mama tawag nya saken, I am happy when he was calling me Mama. By the way, I had a son who died 2 yrs ago, he was 2 yrs old. Andf right now, wala pa kami plan na magbaby ulit, though minsan, I want to have a baby na pag nakakakita ako ng mga mommies with their little boys.

2. I was in in a big ocean, calm ang tubig, as in sa sobrang calm nya, pantay sya, tapos super blue ang tubig. Then i saw friends na nag da dive sa tubig, na kahit sobrang lalim, nakaka lutang sila, kinakausap nila ko while nag da dive sila. And I see my self floating freely sa ocean, walang takot. All of a sudden biglang may lumitaw na malaking buwaya na kulay grey sa corner, and then sinusuway ko na mga tao na wag pumunta sa tubig.

Thanks po. From now on, magtatabi na ko ng notebook sa pag tulog, para maisulat yung mga details ng dream ko.

Im having a hard time understanding the dream as its really lacking details i need colors and and numbers , people involved, friends and family members those things. try to figure out the missing peices of your dream maybe there something there.

1. your dream is a sign that it is time to move on and start fresh it needs now time to get yourself a new kid plan right with the hubby to start making junior before its too late.

2. water has something to do with life and emotions, with your dream water is  life calm and soothing clean as you live your life clean you tend to be gullible at times not all the people surrounding you are your friends and sometimes your friends can be your worst nightmare, the croc was a dark time in your life where you are the only solution to it you cannot tell people to stop from jumping to the situation but then again you cant fuel a negativity with another negative influence you can guide people but you cant tell them what to do.

i did, its my second life now second time i had one is in boracay but that i survived

I've also experienced sleep paralysis, but only when I sleep feeling emotionally stressed.  However, I believe its scientific explanations, although it wasn't easy to rationally believe at first, because it seems so real and nakakatakot talaga.

What was your experience like?  What did you see?  Sinasakal ka ba?

because the dream was too vivid and i can still remember everything cant move and i woke up half way towards the morgue what i saw was i was in the middle of nowhere its like heaven and purgatory and everything is just sand as in shifting sands like desert sands and the clouds are low its like being in a cross dimensional world that all you see is sands, skulls and bones and ruins.

 I met only one person and he is like plato in a toga wth plato does wear a toga.....and a 7 year old Caucasian child (he looks & year old to me) they are the ones who helped me get out of that cross dimensional area and back to our world I was 21 back then.

so if that was sleep paralysis, it could actually lead to [textspeak!] so i wouldnt suggest anyone to request for it unless experienced ka to do that, and give me one person who is experienced in dying, no one is.

How about astral projection?

Sleep paralysis in the morning is scarier for me, kasi nakikita mo talaga yung bedroom since maliwanag na.

It is said that when one's already experiencing controlled sleep paralysis, sleep walking ... mas-easier daw i-practice ang astral projection or OBE.

^sis yung first ko was like 10 years ago I think. Hindi ko nga alam kung astral projection ba yun or sleep paralysis, pero nakita ko nakahiga ako sa bed, hindi ako makagalaw. Pero naririnig ko umuulan. Parang may babae (not sure na) na hawak ako or something, ayun pinilit ko lang magising. Paggising ko nga, seconds bago ko nagalaw katawan ko. Natakot na ako magsleep ulit. Busog ako nun, lechon manok at nag donuts ako kinagabihan hehe

Itong last naman, nagising ako 8am, kasi umalis na hubby ko for work.. Mayamaya parang nay nakita ako na black shadow (?) sa paanan ko papunta sa akin. Ayun bumigat na pakiramdam ko, hindi ako makagalaw. Nakikita ko lang yung room, tntry ko sumigaw pero walang sound. Buti nakagalaw din ako. Yikes ikaw ba?

I am a very vivid dreamer. I wonder kung may ibig sabihin ba pag ganun? Naalala ko nung gradeschool pa lang ako, bumili ako ng small book about dreams & their interpretations. Para syang dictionary like, you look up the words, andun yung meanings. Somehow naalala ko pa nakalagay doon, pero ngayon kasi when you research, iba iba ang mga interpretations/meanings

Hi sis Ihadelaluna I hope you could help me interpret my sis-in-law's dream : Naglalakad daw silang tatlong magkakapatid (husbandko, my sis in law and ate nila) galing sa pag-gogrocery. So husband ko daw yung may dala ng grocery bags and naglalakad sila sa tabi ng kalsada. Then maynapansin daw  sis in law ko na may sumusunod sa kanila na naka-sando na red tapos bigla daw lumapit sa kanila. 3 guys. Bale yung husband ko daw nilapitan nila and then sinaksak daw sa tagiliran. Tapos yung ate nila suddenly disappeared and siya daw (my sis in law) tatawag ng tulong. Yung husband ko daw nagkaroon ng 3 tama. Hindi naman sa worried ako but i'ma bit curious what it means. Thanks in advance for answering my question.

^^Same pala tayo sis, babaeng mahaba ang buhok, black shadow, black shadow na may hat.  All of them choking me, at hindi ako mkahinga.
I was searching for an explanation or meaning din nun for a long time.  Recently, may napanuod ako na scientific explanation:

Habang nanaginip daw tayo may normal mechanism na pina-paralyze ang body to avoid enacting our dreams; it's a protective mechanism.  In sleep paralysis, what happens is gising na tayo but hindi pa na s-switch off yung paralyzation, we are stuck in between wakefulness and dreaming, hence, we see our bedroom, hear the rain or radio playing, yet we can't move.  As we struggle to move, or shout, bumibigat ang certain parts ng body natin or hindi tayo lalo makahinga, this is when hallucination happens (black shadow etc), kasi daw we're trying to find an explanation bakit di makagalaw (may humahawak sa feet or nakapatong sa chest) or makahinga (someone's choking.)

I believe its scientific explanation cause it makes sense naman and I'm very rational but what baffles me is, bakit laging black shadow, old lady, incubus ang nakikita.  Why can't it be another human being, or white lady, etc.
Kaya tuloy hindi ko alam if our dreams means something beyond what science can explain.  Yung heaviness sa paanan mo sis is also common for SP.  Yung iba nga daw may intent of rape ang movements, never happened to me though.

Same tayo sis, lucid dreamer din ako ... if that helps to those who can interpret.

^^sis after ng experience ko that day, naparesearch ako at dun ko nalaman yung sleep paralysis, actually mas okay nga sa akin yung scientific explanation kesa yung naiisip ko noon.. Hehe well, feeling ko dun sa black shadow eh incubus kasi feeling ko dumagan sa akin tapos parang nagturn slight yung balakang ko haha hirap explain! Pero ang galing lang nung explanation, sakto sa mga naexperience ko.. Sabi lang ni hubby ko, magdasal ako palagi hehe

I agree sis, prayers are helpful --  it has a calming effect and gives us peace of mind.

In your case sis, wag ka din masyado pakabusog before sleeping; yun ata nkaka-trigger ng SP mo

Sa una busog ako, yung 2nd kasi 8am na kaya ewan ko if dahil pa din yun sa kabusugan.. I have a distant cousin sabi nya noong dalaga daw sya lagi din sya experience SP..

Sometimes sa sobrang vivid dreamer ko, napapagod na ako matulog.. Para bang ayoko na magsleep kasi every night talaga ang dami ko dreams na minsan kapagod talaga.. Madaming beses din umiiyak ako sa panaginip hanggang magising, iyak pa din haha
