can somebody help me? I always have this re-occurring, scary dream and I wake up so tired and my heartbeat is so fast.
my re-occurring dream is:
Tsunami/tidal wave - lagi nalang ganito, nakikita kong tumataas and tubig, either from outside the house..as in MASSIVE, parang mag-eend of the world na, nakakatakot..and everytime, I am carrying my daughter, protecting her..running away from being engulfed in the ocean..may times pa nga tinuturuan ko siya mag-hold ng breath, for her to survive
grabe so stressful..and in almost all dreams, hindi naman kami tinatamaan or naeengulf sa tubig..lagi lang kami running away from it, either literally running away with my mom and sis and other people..or on a rare instance riding a jeep(yellow) and driving fast as we can opposite to it
one time dream:
may time din na tumataas naman yung tubig sa isang house and everything around it...ganun din, hawak hawak ko anak ko and crying how will we survive coz I am trapped sa loob..then sa dream na un, naging malapot na putik yung water..and I couldn't find my daughter...tapos nakita ko siya, when I was on the roof na sa taas ng putik water, nalunod na siya sa putik at lumutang!

tapos ito last night, kakaiba sa lahat ng dreams ko:
again, holding my daughter. we were in a building and there is this HURRICANE spinning it's way around the building, as if trying to get us out. and weird is yung mga kasama ko is some of my highschool classmates na girls, dalawa ata sila,,then my ate. we were trying to hold on to tabels and chairs kasi nahahanginan na kami sa hurricane. then somehow or the other, nakalabas kami ng building and was riding a yellow jeep (again)..then i went inside a house were my uncle, mom and some relatives I think and told them, pointing to them the hurricane that is coming our way. we all saw the building fall due to the hurricane..and shape pa ng building is parang sa Bird's cage ng China kung saan ginawa yung Olympics, how weird. then we ran off riding a yellow jeep..biglang yung driver is yung TL ng isang account dito sa work (haha ito yung weird)..di ko na maalala sino kasama sa jeep basta nakayakap sakin anak ko..then the hurricane came after us..and dinala kami ng TL sa pasikot sikot na looked like bricks na walls..di ko maintindihan..basta para daw pagdumaan yung hurricane dun eh lumiit. then nakita namin, lumiit then nagdisappear yung hurricane...
then kala namin ok na, biglang nabuhay ulit at hinabol kami, kasi wala na kami madaan kasi iba iba yung paths ng brick walls (mababa lang itong walls na ito and color brick red talaga)..then we ended up bigla sa dagat kasama yung jeep..then ayan biglang tumataas nanaman yung dagat at naging tidal wave!!! nakita ko wala na akong kasama sa jeep, kami nalang ng anak ko and submerged na ng tubig dagat yung jeep..i snapped myself to wake up coz im really really scared of tidal waves
i just remembered now that 2x na pala ako nanaginip ng hurricane na hinahabol kami and we are always in a building or outside of it in a jeep, the first hurricane dream is nasa tall bulding kami..this second one is parang pabilog na building na yun nga, parang Bird's Nest ng China
can anyone help me? this is really disturbing me na..especially sa tidal wave. minsan lang din me managinip pero laging may tidal wave
