But, yes, it can be a bonus. Who wouldn't want a rich boyfriend. But it should never be a major deciding factor in choosing someone.

^ I agree about money being a bonus, coz less money problems = less strain in the relationship. Pero beyond that, wala masyado bearing (unless he's a scrub who can't hold down a decent job... I also have a lower limit, kahit mejo low).

However, men having money can also be a reflection of their character, depending on how they got their money (hardworking, talented or just born lucky?) or what money has done to them (raised well, good education, or does not know how to live without a yaya?). This could be both god and bad.

"my guy" is rich. di ko pa siya boyfriend. more of an MU. pero ewan. as much as we have a lot of fun, pero parang magkaiba kami ng "plane". tapos mga exes niya are rich and all. talagang mga sophisticated. i actually feel intimidated. his friends try to reach out and befriend me, they're really nice to me pero parang iba pa rin. haaay.

i find men who are able to produce their own money attractive, yung kinita nila ha! Hindi yung pera na minana or pera that came from the family business.

Even my well off friend na binibida nya mga kuya nya like si kuya no.1 naka BMW na, si Kuya no. 2 naka Fortuner and bagong bago pa ang S3 meron na sya nuon. Not bilib at all. Company issued ata since they are bosses - family/self assigned designations.

Ewan ko ba, hindi ako talaga bilib since they all work in the family business na started by their Dad.

Yes, if it comes from him and hindi sa family niya or napanalunan niya or whatever. Not necessarily uber-rich but a guy who can show me that he can support himself financially and is capable of earning money. Someone who is on my league when in comes to income. Ayoko din naman ng super yaman dahil medyo competitive din ako. ayoko ng nasasapawan lalo na if yung money na yun, di naman pala talaga sa kanya, meaning di niya pinaghirapan.

it depends if mayabang sha total turn off! dapat sakto lang not so pakita na mayaman flash of money palagi. generous is the word i'd like to use hehe sympre pag may money meaning stable sha meaning pwede na mag asawa. pero mas like ko yung sha nag pakahirap sa own money niya and not from parents kaya sha naging rich. iba pa din kase yung may alam sa palakad nang pera andun yung decision making, kaysa sa bigay or hingi lang na anda.

^^ Ako rin, I don't date guys na super rich. Nakakaintimidate. I had a suitor na rich sa town namin in the province, as in they own several gas stations, dad niya mataas position sa AFP, normal na lang sa kanila mag-abroad a couple of times a month, etc. pero basted sa'kin. Feeling ko he's way out of my league kasi hindi naman kami mayaman. Haha.

I'd want someone na ka-wavelength ko (and family ko para may similarities ang upbringing namin) financially. At least, 'pag ganun, we won't find it difficult to adjust with each other's likes and dislikes.
