birthday ni boyfie yesterday, weeks before his birthday, sabi nya wag ko na daw sya bilhan ng gift ok na daw na magkasama kami sa birthday nya. bilang masunurin na gf, di nga ako bumili ng gift.

I got this idea to make a why i love you card book using deck of playing cards. I wrote 30+ reasons on paper with burnt edges. Then, I bought a birthday card which has this beautiful message and just cut and put it on the first pages of the card book. Also bought some heart-shaped stickers. Nung natapos ko na, ok na sana kaya lang amoy sunog dahil dun sa paper.

I just sprayed a little of my signature perfume. I also bought pala a hexagon shaped box and dun ko siya nilagay.

When I gave it to him, di nya agad binuksan, pag-uwi na lang lang daw nya. Gusto ko na sana ipa-open para makita ko agad reaction nya pero di ko na lang pinilit. Ayun, pagka-uwi nya, tumawag siya sa akin at super thank you. Gusto raw nya maiyak, di daw nya expect na gagawa at mag-e-effort ako ng ganun. Wala kasi sa personalidad ko. hehe. Sabi nya, di raw nya ipagpapalit yun sa kahit ano pang material na bagay. Paulit-ulit daw nya binabasa. Sweet daw. Eh malapit na din birthday ko, sabi nya kailangan nya talunin ginawa ko. Na-pressure. Hehe.

sis pinky-twinkee, eto na yung pics. actually, simple lang naman siya, na-appreciate lang nya ng sobra kasi alam nya di ako mahilig gumawa ng mga ganun. Sya kasi yung mahilig sa art, graphic artist sya.

pagdating sa ganyan, personalized talaga yung best way to go sis! compile ka ng pictures niyo tapos ilayout mo para kita niyang may effort talaga

i just punched two holes on each card and then I used a book ring to bind it.

naghahanap kasi ako ng way kung panu/[textspeak!] ba magandang gawin para sa girl na liligawan ko.

@paull: has she agreed to go out with you? kasi if she has, why not plan a date that is experience-centric? what are her interests? is she artsy-fartsy? join a fun arts workshop. is she the daring type? take her on an adventure. if she's not on a diet and she's a foodie, then research some interesting places to eat and go on a food trip! hopefully, the activity you set for your date is something the both of you haven't experienced yet, or ok lang rin na basta hindi pa nya nagagawa.

@paull: pati ba friend nya ililibre mo? curious lang sa dynamics ng date if may kasamang chaperone. better sana if kayo lang, pero if hindi sya comfortable, hindi mo naman pwedeng ipilit. basta plan your date well. sana hindi ka ma-OP sa kanila ng friend nya. and i think the piggy bank gift and the explanation behind it is a nice touch, but only if she likes you back.
