Hey sis! Carry ang solo! Walang super big-ticket items na kelangan ng kahati.

Accommodations:
Gumasa, Sarangani - White Haven Beach Resort - Room SQ1 - Php 2,900 per night good for 9 pax
Lake Sebu - Punta Isla Resort - Php 1,000 per night good for 8 pax
General Santos City - Amigotel - Php 150/night - dorm room accommodation

Tours:
Lake Sebu Boat Tour - Php 500 per boat - can accommodate 15 pax (8 kaming nag-share)
7 Falls Entrance fee - Php 20.00
7 Falls Zip Line - Php 250.00 on weekdays, Php 300.00 on weekends
Zip Line pic - Php 100.00 - you can get the softcopy for the same(?) price
Habal Habal Ride to 7 falls - Php 200.00 per motorcycle per day. (can accommodate 2 passengers + the driver)
T'boli Museum Entrance fee - Php 5.00

Transpo:
Gensan City to Gumasa:
GES airport to KCC Mall via van - Php 150.00/head (taxi is Php 350.00 fixed price)
Van in KCC Mall to Glan, Saragani - Php 80.00
Trike from Glan to resort - Php 50.00/head standard rate. Habal-habal is Php 30.00. Carry ang habal habal but kung medyo malaki backpack mo, I suggest to go with the trike. May kalayuan yung resorts.

Gumasa to Lake Sebu (this took us around 5 hours - 1pm to 6pm)
Trike back to Glan Terminal - Php 50
Glan to KCC Mall - Php 80
Trike from KCC Mall to Bulaong Terminal - Php 10 (standard rate per pax)
Bus from Bulaong Terminal to Marbel (former name of Koronadal) - Php 65
Yellow non-aircon bus from Marbel to Surallah - Php 24
Van from Surallah to Punta Isla - Php 50. We asked the driver to drop us off at the resort. Di ko alam yung standard rate if from Surallah to Lake Sebu Terminal.

Last trip from Surallah to Lake Sebu is 6pm. Hindi yung trips yung matagal. Tumatagal dahil naghihintay ng passengers.

Lake Sebu to Gensan City:
Punta Isla to Marbel - we hired the whole van to take us back to Marbel - Php 770 only.
Marbel to Gensan City - Php 83 - not sure kung bakit mas mataas. I think it was because the bus we rode was bound for Davao and stopover lang yung Gensan.
Gensan City stop to Amigotel via trike - Php 10

Tips:
Dudumugin ka ng drivers sa lahat ng terminals. Better be armed with research para hindi kumagat sa kung [textspeak!]-anong sasabihin nila.
Get the contact number of your trike and van.
Shop for supplies in the city or bring them. Walang masyadong stuff sa Lake Sebu and Gumasa.
Bring enough cash. Sa Gensan lang may ATM.

If you find the commute quite long, you can do a daytrip of Lake Sebu. I found the commute enjoyable kasi may mga kasama ako.

I didn't buy tuna kahit katabi lang ng hostel yung market.

^We took a cab since maaga din alis namin - via Airphils too. Di ko sure if you can take the shuttle and kung san ang terminal nun.

hopefully makapunta ako dito next year. nakabili na ang isa sa mga travel friends ko ng ticket at sinama nila ako sa pagbili iyon nga lang wala pang papuntang ticket.

@sis lakwatsa: Php 350 yung standard rate ng taxi. Basta yun ang rate from one point to another sa GSC. Wala daw nagmemetro dun sabi nung taxi na nasakyan namin. Karamihan naman kasi, trike yung gamit as mode of transpo.

@shegothim: Abang muna ng seat sale. Ganyan yung ginawa ng mga kasama ko. Kaya 5J kami papunta and 2P pabalik. Ngayon, since hindi na ganun kamura mag-seat sale, hindi ko na binibili yung tix ng isang upuan. Abangers mode talaga.

pwede din kayo pumunta ng saranggani province which is very near GSC.... sa kabilang side, there's saranggani highlands.... then sa kabilang side naman maganda mag swimming sa isla parilla... on the way going to isla parilla makikita niyo yung saranggani municipal hall sobrang lawak niya

paluto, barbeque, etc -- mura sa lagao... paluto kasama na yung seafoods dun unlike sa atin magkaiba ang presyo

Kung anong magandang It for a Davao, GenSan, and Samal Trip. Please help.

sis yyadz, ang dami mo ng magagawa in 6 days! overnight ka sa samal, spend the whole day in eden garden, tour davao then spend overnight also in gensan

^^Hi sis. wow ang haba ng trip nyo. share ko lang yung trip namin dati, 4D/3N lang kami.

1st day: Dumating kami sa Gensan and travel all the way down to Lake Sebu para maexperience yung zipline sa 7 falls and nag overnight sa Punta Isla.
2nd day: travel back to Gensan - nag lunch lang kami at di na nakapag gala pa dahil ttravel na kami pa Davao.
3rd day: Tour Eden Park in the morning, afternoon we headed to Pearl farm na for overnight stay.
4th/last Day: Left pearl farm in the morning, then maximize time left for a quick tour sa jack's ridge and buy pasalubong before going back to Manila.

Sobrang nakakapagod ang trip na to but it's all worth it.

I missed Pearl Farm, hopefully makabalik ako dun and maisama na si bf.
