That's good sis! You know, marami akong naririnig before na negative comments about St Louis like high crime rates, magulo daw etc, but when we first visited, nagulat ako kasi hindi naman. Well, once you get used to the place kasi, you will really learn to love it. Like us, we promised ourselves we were gonna move to a bigger city, like Chicago, but now, we're used to the simple life here in Sedalia and we are quite contented already. Sana-sanayan lang yan

^ Kami rin nga sis, maraming narinig na negative before moving here. I think totoo in the case of East St Louis (which is on the other side of the bridge therefore IL territory na), kasi may nakwento yung kilala ng husband ko na na-holdup don.

And just like you, we also were thinking of moving to a bigger city once we get our GC... pero nabago ang lahat recently because we love it here na. Tama ka, sanayan lang yan sa primitibong buhay, haha!

^ How are you there in STL Sis? I hope all is well. We are okay now, blizzard is over, but did lots of shoveling today in prep for work again tomorrow. Our street was literally buried in 2 feet of snow. Forecast is there will be another snow episode on Sunday! Hay naku...

Hi sis! Sorry for the super late reply. Been busy after the blizzard, naghabol kami sa work. I stayed home for 2 days lang, then worked straight from Friday-Thursday, walang weekend! So my reward will be a 3-day weekend this week. Tamang-tama kasi maganda ang weather

Gusto ko nga sana kaya lang mahigpit ang budget kasi fa-file na ang immigrant visa...siguro pasyal lang and window shopping...you should go out too, walking would be a good exercise for you

^ Oh, kayo ang sasagot ng pag-file? Buti nga sis at okay ang temp this weekend, makakapag-lakad-lakad ako ulit sa park. The past 2 months sa malls ako naglalakad pero ang hirap kasi maraming tao at flu season kaya mabilisan lang.
