What do you do with your old Books?

i don't buy books anymore since the advent of e-readers.
but before, i used to donate them to the salvation army or goodwill.

thanks sis italiandoll! pumunta na akong ace kanina, bumili ako ng dehumidifier, 4 tubs (250 mL each) for P99.75. bibili naman ako ng plastic storage box sa susunod para dun ko muna ilalagay yung books ko, saka na yung magandang shelf pag may sarili na akong bahay. hehe!

If it's a good book, I keep it because I want my future kids to read them. If it's a bad book (like 50 shades) I sell. Haha.

I have a lot of books! But now that I realized I need the space, I am selling them. It pains me to see them go, but I have to move on 

Hubby is in the academe and he is slowly filling the house with his History Books! He needs the bookshelves much more than I do.

I so love my books.. Naka display lang sila sa room ko before and tinititigan ko lang sila, ok na araw ko..

Me too! I just want them in my shelves.. then at a spur-of-the-moment I sometimes re-read them.
But been thinking to sell them online.

I keep them all, gusto kasi magkaron ng mini library. Right now, i have close to a hundred books.

my mom wants me to sell them but ayaw ko. ewan ko feeling ko treasure ko yung mga yun eh lol. super hilig ako magbasa nung bata pa ko and until now i am all married kaya hindi ko ata kaya ibenta mga yun.

Sell it, pero pinipili ko lang yung mga gusto ko ibenta. Others I keep kasi favorite ko sila.

As I clean my room I realized I have boxes and boxes of books.  I want to know what you do with your old books?  Keep them? Sell them? Donate them?
 
I need space in my room and to throw them away breaks my heart.

Pag novels bibenta ko pero pag educational books gusto ko sana idonate kaso ayaw ni mama.

Kapag textbooks, pinamimigay namin. Pero kapag novels, I keep them. Ayokong namimigay ng novels kasi I treat them as collection. Pati I love the smell of old books

this is exactly what my dream too, to put up my own private library kaya hindi ko rin tinatapon old books ko
