Have any of you tried it, and do you like it? :) I find it's really effective for burning fat and toning muscles.

i really want to do this, I believe it will work, 100%, if only one can attend regularly... but it's too far, and it is extremely hard to find a parking space in Ortigas on a business day. I wish someday, there'd be a Makati branch.

Is this the one with the use of hydraulics instead of plates and then the wholw workout lasts only for 33minutes? I think it was offered here in retiro and for ladies only nga ito dun sa gym.

There 360 fitness which offers circuit training in Makati. Annual membership fee is 17K unlimited for all classes except pole dancing which is 200Php per session for members. Recommended frequency for circuit training is 3-4 times a week and yes it is good for busy people because it's only 30 minutes in duration.

They have trial workouts by appointment only. If you go there let me know para kita kta tayo. I usually go at 630PM.

i do circuit training sa fitness first sa the block, just right after school. circuit training is not exclusive naman sa isang gym, what is important you do the program continuously within the recommended time. yung sa akin, i follow the program that i used to have way back from my previous trainer from another gym, and merged it with my current program from ff. i just mix-and-match them, para hindi rin routined mashado. i just make it a point that all muscle groups worked out. it is indeed effective in toning the muscles. about 15-20 reps, 3 sets each lang, kaya mabilis lang sya.

did this yesterday, it was indeed tiring, 3 reps, should be done once a week lang daw kasi advanced yung binigay for a beginner like me but so worth it. included na to sa routine ko everyday, not nga lang siguro 3 reps, i'll ask my trainer for a copy. but then next week she wants me to try p90x ab ripper, sana kayanin ko if not stay muna ko circuit training for another week.

^ sis, if you're going to do this more than 2 a week, pwedeng gradual ang increase ng reps. for beginners, 1 set muna, then increase it to 2 then three.

^sinabay kasi ako sa mga kasama ko, kaya sabi advanced daw yung sakin. 2 reps nalang muna ako then kahit 3x a week lang muna. pang alternate ko yung tabata workout, minsan kasi nagmamadali na ako sa gym so tabata will do.

i'm on a circuit routine now, as a break to my 3 day split of 2 muscle groups a day. It's a good workout. The only problem is, you can't really expect the machines to be free all the time especially when the gym is busy so it's hard to keep a good flow.
