Regarding parkers, refrain from buying their plastic barreled pens. Or at least the cheaper ones. I have a hotter that's less than a year old and may cracks na siya. And I rarely drop pens! Boo.

^Sayang naman sis. I have two of those pero so far ok naman siya

4 years na siya nasa akin pero I never liked the way they write. Makapal yung handwriting ko bigla.

^yun problem ko with parker jotter makapal yung fine nila...considering na 0.3 lang ginagamit ko sa pilot G-tech...yung Lamy ba sis makapal ba yung medium nila...kasi loaded daw yung ng medium bibili pa daw ako ng fine na nib for 600+...tia

^Sakto lang sa akin yung medium pero pansin ko dun sa plastic ko na Parker, makapal talaga siya and I am assuming na medium nib din yun.

Sis pomegranate, try mo muna sis yung Lamy sa Scribe. I'm not sure lang kung nagpapa-try sa NBS. Ganun ginawa ko to see kung magugustuhan ko ba siya sumulat at yung feel mismo.

Sis Faith, go na! Nice siya pero so far kasi ang Lamy lang ang pinakamahal ko pang fountain pen pero ok naman ako sa sulat niya.

^iniisip ko na nga lang bumili ng pen para dun nalang loadan ng ink...so far ok pa naman ako sa blue and black quinks ko from parker...actually gusto ko pag alis ko maubos ko nadin ko kasi kamusta naman yun imposible ata...kahit pa i write a lot of notes and charts from work...

may pink na Lamy, gusto ko nun...

Maganda yung pagka-black niya than Parker

And I also have the Blue Black ink din from Pelikan.

Naku, nakaubos na ko ng quink pero it took me a year and a half pero ang saya mag-collect ng iba't ibang colors ng quink. Plan ko i-collect yung sa J. Herbin.

^go get one na sis...kahit yung cheapest lang muna para matry mo yung feel ng fountain pen and then go from there...buy another one and quinks...maganda kasi sulat sa fountain pen and hindi nakakangawit...tried and tested na sa dami kong sinusulat per day...

I agree. Go for inexpensive ones na then start from there. Practice practice then pag ok na, try other brands na.

Weee... sana matuloy kami bukas sa Eastwood. Gusto ko na mag-Scribe haha

My first practice fountain pen was Inoxcrom's cheapest FP at around 200 pesos. Super sulit. Unfortunately, I lost my pen when someone borrowed it and never returned. Sad.

Re: Parker Jotter. Oo, sobrang kapal lang niya mag-lay ng ink! Nakakalunod especially when using Herbin inks. Kaya I use my Pelikan ink sa kaniya kasi hindi kasing dulas ng Herbin si Pelikan ink.

I want to visit Cosmos Bazaar sana for those Pilot 78Gs. I ordered my 78G abroad pa because I wanted the Broad nib na wala dito sa Cosmos Bazaar.

I saw the Orange Safari... oo naglaway din ako.

^Ang weird no? Lalo na pag medyo makapal din at mabilis mag-absorb ng ink yung paper. Ang pangit tingnan. Kaya ginagawa ko nalang pang-underline or highlight ng notes ko yung Parker pens ko.
