^I'm really sorry to hear that sis. Wish you could have experienced what we have. Bakit parang extremes ang experiences sa kanila noh? Kundi sobrang ganda, sobrang disappointing naman?
Kami naman kasi, we experienced this "small luxury hotel" in every way.
We were there just this weekend. Upon arrival sa airport, may nag-aabang na and carried our bags and they offer cold bottled water agad pagsakay palang sa Van. Upon arrival may welcome drinks and Kropek agad. May theme song pa sila upon arrival that I find nice and may welcome dance pa sila. It was a quick check-in and we were given a sample itinerary with all activities listed. Indicated ang included sa package and those with charges.
Our hotel room and bathroom is squeaky clean and everything is working well naman, even the hot and cold shower. Ang only complain ko lang talaga in our entire stay there is lumalabas yung water from the shower kasi level lang yung shower room sa floor na papunta naman ng sink. May rubber fitting naman but I guess it wasn't able to do its job well. Ok lang kasi we put naman the towel for the floor. The Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries are definitely a plus! 2 sets agad ang andun. My parents went to Misibis a month earlier and advised me to get the toiletries agad upon arrival (shempre after picture hehe!) kasi my mom feels that they clean the rooms twice a day. So I did, I kept the toiletries agad at baka magreplenish sila agad ng hapon, and THEY DID! 1st day palang, may 4 sets of toiletries na ako!
Pero on the second day, they replenished once nalang hehe
They also changed our towels. May time na I requested for another pack of brewed coffee and mabilis namang nadala sa room.
Regarding sa service, wala din ako masabi! Yung nakikita sa website and photos nila na a server is waiting for you with your drink as soon as you dock, ganun ang na-feel namin! Actually dahil nauna parents ko dun, they have all these praises sa place na medyo natakot ako kasi baka hindi maging same ang experience namin. Buti nalang ganun din naexperience namin! Sa restaurant, we only ordered one dish everytime kasi they will tell you right away na good for two naman ang serving. You only have to order one dish (with rice na yun na medyo malaki nadin). Pricey siya, around p300 to p500 pero naman, they will give free bread and free soup! They will even offer if you'll like another round of soup! Shempre yes kami everytime they offer! Tapos pag tapos na kami sa main course, naglapag naman ng plate of fruits! Busog talaga kami! Totoo talaga lahat ng sinabi ng parents ko! They talked about all these freebies din kasi. Chaka mababait talaga sila doon! Yung servers namin magagalang, babae man or lalaki. Pati gardeners, they will really look at you and greet you with a bow and their right hand on their heart. As in laging ganun. Mas maganda kasi yung they will look at you and greet you, mas sincere, kaysa yung dadaanan ka lang nila.
Buti nalang din hindi kami nakaencounter na nagsmoke sa pool bar. yes may kasabay kami na magbabarkada, mukhang mga nakainom na and maingay na sila but natatawa nalang kami sa kanila. sabi ni hubby, for sure bukas masosolo na namin ang pool bar at tulog sila sa morning hehe! Ayun, kami naman ang nagenjoy sa pool bar before lunch time the next day. Dont forget to avail their happy hour promo! Pwede siya sa restaurant and pool bar. Mahal ang beer doon as in, kaya mag-happy hour kayo. Inexpect naman na namin yun and nag-ipon naman kami para sa mga ganun. Meron din sila cocktail all you want sa Sitio Bar for less than P500/person! They have 6 or 8 cocktails and 2 shots na unlimited. Ang bait din ng server namin dun when we availed that! Gave us free pica pica from their grill! Pati mini cakes nagbigay din! Makwento yung bartender and alam ang magandang angle sa pictures
Sa watersports activities, sa snorkeling and sa Zipline, mababait din sila. They will tell you exactly what to do in every step, hindi yung hahayaan ka lang kumilos mag-isa. Minsan kasi nakakailang pag ganun. Shempre maganda yung lagi ka nilang i-guide. Sa watersports, kahit paulit ulit sila magturo, they will really take time to teach you stand up paddle, wind surfing, etc para maenjoy mo talaga yung activity. Pareho kami ni hubby umaabot sa breakwater at hindi na makabalik sa shore and ang bilis, andun agad yung jetski to pick us up and save us hehe! and may life vest naman kami, they will not let us go to the water without the vests
Sa zipline, sila pa nagpapaalala kay hubby na kuhaan ako ng video pagpabalik na ako! Magwait talaga sila, makapicture lang kami hehe!
They also set up dinner sa beach side or I think anywhere na gusto mo magrequest. Actually wala akong favorite sa buffet breakfast nila, nothing special pero okay na siya kasi madami namang choices. As in meron lahat. Pero ok padin ang experience dahil sa service nila. I heard one family with two kids and the mom said "best vacation ever!" and I'm happy for them because I feel the same din naman
Tama si sis missyli, dont expect too much nalang and call their attention if ever may mali kayong napansin. Anong villa number nyo sis missyli? Kami nasa villa 15, garden view room din kami. Kahit garden view room, enjoy kasi may pool right outside our door! shared with another villa pero ok lang basta may pool hehe!
