ilang days na rin ako nagkakacm..
wow, after so many months.. naranasan ko ulet..

yes sis, 9 syringes.. inject mo lang sya sa loob.. ako, di masyado naipapasok kasi nakikiliti vajayjay ko haha.. still have 7 pa nga eh. Sakto na sa kin ang grapefruit, i can confirm na ito talaga reason kaya madami talaga akong CM. CD6 ko meron na, katatapos lang ng mens ko hehe

Gumanda cm ko because of clostil. I know acupuncture helped a lot.

        ang binili ni hubby Welsh Grape juice.... Sabi ko grapefruit juice, pero di ko sinabi na orange yung kulay... akala daw nya grape juice so violet... mahal pa naman...

I think taking Evening Primrose Oil helps din sa CM.
I took EPO during menstruation to Ovulation, tapos stop na.
Ganun gawa ko every month dati..

hi mga sis, may naka experience naba sa inyo ng brown discharge (parang discharge bago dumating si AF) on CD20/CD24 pero dumadating naman si AF ng tamang period CD28-CD30.

CD28 -CD30 ang normal cycle ko. Napapaisip kasi ako kasi pangalawa cycle na nangyari sa kin na may brown discharge. Im taking malunggay caps, baka kaya dahil dun yun? Sana may magshare. Thanks in advance

totoo bang effective ang Robitussin sa pag-increase ng cervical mucus? ano pa yung mga vitamins na pwedeng magparami ng cervical mucus?

^ yes, robitussin is effective. i tried it. pero better pa ring kung vitamins. FertilAid was able to increase my cervical mucus too.

Started drinking grapefruit juice yesterday and the taste is the worst. haha. Tiis na lang. So far wala pa akong nanonotice today. Sana in a few days may difference na. Pero pinabili ko pa rin si hubby ng preseed. sana naman magwork.

Tried Conceive plus last year maganda talaga to sis. nabuntis kasi friend at the age of 38 sa help ng conceieve plus. kaso naubos din. wala nako mabilhan sa pinas. niregalo lang kasi ng friend ko from europe yun. sana nga meron dito non. naghahanap din ako nito. para siyang totoong cm talaga and sobrang swabe.
