hi mga sis,
I have long been wanting to do this checking for the cervical mucus, kaso parang di ko kaya na i insert ang 2 fingers ko sa cervical opening ko, hehe...feeling ko masakit na ewan..bilib talaga ako sa inyo at sa mga nagpopost sa fertility friend ng mga BBT charts nila with CM monitoring.

pinapasok talaga?di ba pwedeng pag-ihi mo makikita mo naman yun.. di ko din kaya yun, pero recently lang, kahit ayaw ko no choice, gumamit ako ng preseed lubricant at kelangan iinject sa loob, goosebumps ako everytime pinapasok ko yun  (as if di ganun sa TVS!)

Nung nag-positive OPK ko, nakita ko CM ko pero di naman EWCM na sinasabi. CD19 ako ngayon, pwede pa ba uminom ng grapefruit?

try sa mga SM and robinsons supermarket sis, kung local grocery lang sila baka nga wala kasi hindi naman siya ganoon ka popular gaya ng ibang fruit juice...

ay uu nga pala, before ovulation pala yung grapefruit. Re preseed, dito sa Sg sis ko nabili. $SG36 or around P1250 sis (9 disposable syringes+ 1 tube preseed). Thanks sis!

hi mga sis!

update lang re grapefruit juice.. i don't know kung natiming lang or effective nga sya kasi i started drinking it after my period siguro almost 2 weeks ako uminom nito pati si hubby.

naobserve ka lang kasi just this afternoon ng magcr ako upon wiping, nakita ko sa tissue yung eggwhite mucus. fertile na kaya ako ngayon sis?

Its my day 18 since my first day of menstruation and this morning i have only notice that my cervical mucus is close to an egg white consistency. Does it mean that i am ovulating late? Since I though my ovulation should be on my 14th day since my first day of af.. This is confusing.. Pls help.. thank you

After my IUi last month na negative di na ulit ako bumalik for meds and TVS.
Sept 1- period arrived
Sept 12- after wiping with tissue had egg white consistency.
Sept 13- Visit the RE , im just curious if im ovulating on my own without the meds.
              Had 1 good egg siguro nasa 19mm size.
              Advise for bloodtest- result ready for babydance.
Sept 14- perform IUI, TVS show na nag burst na yun egg din.
             hopefully tama yun timing.
             coz normally for iui  6 to 12 hrs lang ang tatagal.

conclusion: If you have an eggwhite consistency, you can try to babydance siguro for 3 consecutive days
                 kasi kung normal baby dance mas matagal naman buhay ng sperm.
                 Siguro if you have egg white consisitency today , baby dance the next day 
                 Hopefully may sense etong sinabi ko he he....

^^ yes sabi din ng OB ko if may EWCM baby dance for 3 consecutive days na.

EWCM sakin mukha talagang egg white  can be stretch, parang sipon, should be clear white if cloudy daw its not good, makikita sa underwear or pag-wipe ng tissue after pee or poo. (sorry for the terms used)

Tama si sis my_syd. Egg white cm sya. Pero nung nagpositive opk ako, di ganun ka ewcm kasi nagclomid pala ako nun which causes to have dry cm pa nga. Kaya we used preseed that time pero ewan hirap at masakit pa rin sa kin kaya di nabuo. First clomid cycle namin yun. Dati di ko pinapansin importance ng ewcm hehe pero this cycle, pinapansin ko na sya hehe with bbt charting. Nainom na rin ako ng grapefruit and di ko alam kung timing lang kasi ang dami kong ewcm hehe di ko na ginamit si preseed.

Dati pala napi-pressure kami sa BD position since retroverted uterus ko, now the usual missionary na lang hehe

^sis abel 823, thanks it was really helpful! but i don't know kung magkaron man ako ng EWCM, di sya super dami like an ordinary mucus. i'll start with grape fruit again hopefully it will help.

^sis marsh_candy, ako rin retroverted kaya sobrang conscious sa positions. pero alam mo, nung nag positive pregnancy ako, spoon yung fave position namin ni hubby non, i don't know kung helpful for retroverted but it worked for us

mga sis. ano ba dpat ang cm after ovulation?dba balik to creamy then dry na sya nearing AF?i am a little confused with my cm ngayong week na ito. since cd23 ko until today (cd 25) EWCM sya tapos ang dami?nagrest muna kami going to ob this cycle, last cycle i was on femara,pubergen,aspirin.now only folic and aspirin..also been drinking grapefruit right after AF til cd 14..why kaya ganito cm ko?

sis question, pano ginagamit yung pre seed? exact ba yung laman ng tube for 9 syringes? I'm planning to buy one pagdating ni hubby.
