its my day 1 of my af and i started taking EPO once a day lang ba yun? then pang ilang days ko ba dapat itigil ang epo then palitan ko naman diba ng flax sees ba yun??? thanks..

sa mga robinsons supermarket meron sila, ceres medyo  nice yung lasa though may bitter taste pa rin...kaya pala medyo sweet kasi may ka mixed sya na ibang fruits like apple and pear..

yung cypress grapefruit ang asim at bitter ang lasa but the good thing is 100% pure grapefruit sya, which can give a better result siguro sa CM, first time ko rin mag take nito, next time na lang sa EPO, ang dami na namin kcng tini take na supplement...

bought ceres grapefruit,hmmm meron nga bitter aftertaste pero kerebels lang..kakaend lang kasi sa 2ww ko so magready na ako para sa next cycle!!lol

cd15 ko today and i think effective yung grapefruit coz i had a lot of CM kanina nag weewee ako, though we had baby dance last night, i'm still confused kung semen ba ni hubby yun or fertile CM ko...or bka hehe....

@newbeymum sis, you might want to ask your ob if it's ok to take epo with femara. Ang alam ko, it's not okay to take herbal supplements together with fertility inducing meds. While epo may help in the production of CM, baka magka-effect naman sa ovulation. Para sure lang, sis.

Im Cd 14 today......had 25mm follicle on my right side yesterday and bloodtest ...not yet ready.
Going back to doctor again this afternoon for TBS and bloodtest. If okey will inject pregryl...then IUI the next day. Hopefully mabuo na.
pag kaka alm ko pag nag climide ka di ka masyado nagkakaroon ng mucus.. napansin ko din yan.

ceres...ito yata yung may mixed fruits, medyo ok na yun compare to cyprina... cyprina is the most bitter of all..tiis tiis na lang sa lasa sis....

florida brand daw ok yung lasa sabi ni sis yellowpie...

ang ganda ng fertile mucus ko ngayon. acupuncture worked for me, ang galing naman. itutuloy tuloy ko na toh, sana hindi siya timing lang at may sipon and pleghm ako

I have long been wanting to do this checking for the cervical mucus, kaso parang di ko kaya na i insert ang 2 fingers ko sa cervical opening ko, hehe...feeling ko masakit na ewan..bilib talaga ako sa inyo at sa mga nagpopost sa fertility friend ng mga BBT charts nila with CM monitoring.

do we have to do that? hindi kaya masakit yun? what i've noticed naman eh, it comes out naturally esp. pag umire when you poop(sorry for the term)....

its my cd29. since my cd24 until now meron ako cm. parang paste ang itsura nya. then yesterday, [textspeak!] cm ko parang yellow ang color tsaka feeling wet ako palagi kala ko af na.
