Cervical Mucus (After Menstration upto Ovulation)

Hi mga sis,

can anyone describe here your cervical mucus from the start na matapos ang mens niyo and hanggang dumating yung ovulation or kahit hanggang dumating ang mens ulit.

Im trying to conceive so gusto ko malaman kung normal ang CM ko.

After Mens: Watery
4-5 Days after Mens: White / Lotiony texture
1-2 weeks after: Creamy  but still lotiony texture
Before Mens: Creamy na mahirap na ispread sa fingers

Hindi ako nagproduce ng "egg ehite like" na CM

hi sis. cm varies as follows:
dry, damp feeling but no cm is infertile cm. sticky glue-like consistency is less fertile, so is creamy that is lotion-like. watery which is clear is more fertil. egg white consistency clear and stretchy is the most fertile.

how to you check your cm? best way to collect is by inserting your two fingers while on frog sitting position. do it at night, prior to arousal. pag aroused ka na kasi, nagbabago. while your at it, you can check your cervix na rin. low cervix which is easily reached is not fertile, highest position is fertile. hard cervix is infertile, soft cervix is fertile. as soft as your lower lip.  closed cervix is infertile, open cervix is fertile.

the egg white consistency occurs around a day or two before ovulation and can last until a day after ovulation. but in my case, it turns creamy during the ovulation day na.
if your not qeasy on looking at cervical photos, you can google my beautiful cervix to get a visual idea of what happens  each day of a normal cycle.

When I was still TTC 5 years ago, I read from a post here in GT that Guaifenesin can help produce "good quality" cervical mucus. An article from this site http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/hostile-cervical-mucus.html supports the post.

Ngayon naman, I always make sure to be aware of my CM after and before my period, para hindi muna masundan si eldest.

so something wrong with me. I don't produce much of that egg-white sticky cm Marami ako lotion type. i also watched fertile CM in youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szk6ntndvys. I don't produce na ganyan karami even when aroused someone help ..

^  try drinking grapefruit juice sis.  yun ang natural way to increase cervical mucus.  try to google about it.

^^ how often ang inom ng grapefruit juice?  sana mabilis ang effect nito to improve the CM, nag-clomiphene kasi ako kaya medyo dry down there

^ the dosage is not stated sis.  i guess you can drink as much as you want since it's not a medicine.  that's why i prefer this as compared to taking robitussin or EPO.  ako rin, i'm on clomiphene kaya i need to take grapefruit juice to improve the quality of my cervical mucus.  i've read so many positive responses to grapefruit juice.   but i have yet to see its effect on me.

i bought grape juice na. i started today, hope it's complimenting my body. Btw, I asked my OB kanina, sabi ko "bakit po medyo hindi ako ma-mucus during intercourse, is there something wrong with me" Ang sagot niya, kulang sa foreplay. Wag daw biglain, sabi pa niya na tell hubby about it para lubricated.

Pero kasi minsan kahit nasa arousal stage na ko, sorry po MOD kung bawal yun sabihin, parang ang dry ko pa din, di ganon ka wet unlike my kabataan days   Not sure kung dahil my right time ba to have sex in my case.

^ i read somewhere that the mucus that we produce during foreplay is different from fertile cervical mucus in our body.   we need the latter for sperm to survive while the former's function is only to make sex more enjoyable.

sis pink_blush, yung effect ng grape juice may take sometime, if yung 'dry spell' bothers you talaga you may want to consider using lubricant.  i'm also thinking of using one, yung Pre-Seed Lubricant (safe to use when TTC), medyo mahirap kasi pag di masyadong wet kailangan pa naman natin ang frequent baby dance.

kumusta ang effect ng grapefruit sa inyo mga sis?  sa akin, i don't see the effectiveness eh.     btw, ruby red grapefruit tastes so much better.  pink grapefruit din, ok din daw ang taste.  Florida's Natural yung brand.

try mo yung harvey fresh. mapait siya. for me, parang medyo effective nga siya. kahapon meron na akong cervical mucus. ngayong umaga pagwiwi ko, mas madame. clear and sticky (CD12). ang problem ko nga lang, di ko pa sure if may egg na akong lumaki. di naman kasi ako nagpa-TVU ulet.
