Nung last check up sa Medical City nasa 90k to 100k daw as per my OB..
Up to now di pa din ako nagpapa tanggal ng polyps.. kulang pa sa lakas ng loob.

Hi sissies, pasali naman sa usapan ninyo. I have a 28 to 32 day cycle. On day 6 of my cycle had tvs, all clear except for a small fibroid which my ob said was not really a cause for concern.

Tapos i had a repeat tvs on day 13 at may nakitang polyp.

Advise ng OB ko to go back on day 5-7 for another tvs with a different sonologist to check kung andun pa rin siya. Nagtataka kasi siya bakit hindi nakita ng first tvs. Can't wait for the tvs para lang makaroon ako ng peace of mind. hay. period is due on april 6.

@ sis zhajhei_08: may feedback ka ba from fortune care kung covered yung hysteroscopic surgery or d and c?

at mariangmaria- medicard to maxicare po health card ko, forgot ko na kung macocover yung hysteroscopy kase mahal. Yung D & C oo macocover yun.

Sis, shinta, tigas ng ulo ko.. naconfined ako sa hospital nitong nkaraan dahil sa severe pain during  my mens period at 4th day. Bukod sa polyps, may  nakitang cysts naman sakin. sa left ovary. hindi pwede tanggalin kase tanggal din ang ovary. hindi pa ko ready matanggal ang ovary ko.

Tapos yesterday, 2nd opinion ako sa ibang OB, may endometriosis naman ako.
Nakakainis habang nagpapalit ako ng OB, or nagpapasecond opinion ako, nadadagdagan yung sakit ko.

Nagpacheck-up ako last week sa capitol med since 3weeks ako nagbleed for two consecutive months. After ultrasound nakita na may Endometrial polyp ako. my doctor recommend na mag-pills muna ako at huwag masyado ma-stress. then sa july i-check ulit namin kung gumaling ba o hindi. Ayaw niya muna i-recommend saken scrape pero kung di ako comfortable na may polyp ako pede namin gawin operation. I chose option 1, baka kaya pa gamutin at sana magamot nga kasi ayaw ko talaga dumaan sa hysteroscopy.

^had TVU today because of heavy bleeding in between periods, pinapabalik ako after June period coz
heavy pa ang lining ng uterus ko so hindi masyado kita kung polyp nga. Suspected pa lang. Hay hindi ko
alam kung ipagdadasal ko ba na polyp nalang to coz its not that serious, kesa naman ibang sakit.

Sisses, pa join.  I had my check-up last May 9 kasi a night before nag spotting ako and medyo madami sya compared before.  Nag start ako mag spotting ng February, once a month lang naman ako mag spotting.  Nag TVU ako and hindi pa makita kung polyp nga or myoma daw.  Inadvise ako to go back after my period dahil makapal daw yung uterus lining ko, hindi daw makita.  Normal ang period ko, but nung April biglang nabago and until now mga sis hindi pa ko nagkakaron.  Yesterday meron pero konting konting lang, as in wala pang 1/4 ng napkin.  Hindi tuloy ako makabalik para dun sa SISH na gagawin sa akin at makapag pa check-up kasi until now wala pa.  Nakakatakot.  I'm getting married pa naman, tapos kung kelan ikakasal tsaka nagkaka prob ng ganito.

Last year, I was undergoing routine check ups and they found a polyp then suggested D&C. This was in Medical City. Muntik na ko magpaschedule kasi sabi eh kailangan talaga tanggalin.

Then, nagsuggest mga relatives na bago mag undergo ng kahit anong procedure eh dapat may 2nd opinion. Di ko naisip at the time kasi worried ako na kailangan ipatanggal.
So, I did go to another doctor and kabaligtaran naman ang sinabi niya. Maliit lang daw at hindi kailangan mag D&C. Sinuggest sa akin na balik ako after 6 months for TVU and true enough, wala na yung polyp at wala na rin ako spotting.

Natutunan ko lang dito ay lagi magpa 2nd (or even 3rd) opinion bago mag undergo ng kahit anong procedure.

Hi sis j.adore!  What did you do?  Kusa ba nawala yung polyp?  Affected ba yung period mo? I mean, hindi ka ba na delay kahit once?

Kusang nawala sis IamDindin. Irregular ako ever since, nagkakaron monthly pero di kaya ma-predict yung exact date at may 1 or 2x na delay ng 1 week.
Yung napansin ko during the time na may polyp eh may spotting before and after period may maliliit na drops of blood sa liner.
Kailangan ko magpa TVU every 6 months to check din.

After giving birth in February last year, my first period lasted one month! Thereafter I noticed that my periods are heavier than usual to the point that I try not to go out as I will definitely have leakage issues. I will sometimes get spotting in between periods and my dysmenorrea got even worse My OB had my undergo TVU and the finding was a suspicious polyp. I even underwent a saline infusion and the results were also suspicious polyp. These tests were done late last year.

My OB had given me orders for further blood tests (was also diagnosed with PCOS which I didn't have before) but I never got around to doing the tests. Also, is there anyway to confirm that it's definitely a polyp? I'm not convinced by the word "suspicious!"! Also I don't want to have to undergo a D&C if it's not needed. I'm only 30 years old and plan on trying for another baby late this year/early next year.

Hay maybe I should go for a second opinion, but I super hate getting TVUs

I just had my Saline Infusion this morning at Makati Med.  MY OB advised me to undergo hysteroscopy.  Kaka explain nya nung sa polyps, na windang na ako at hindi ko na naitanong kung paano procedure ng hysteroscopy.  I'm having a second thought of undergoing that procedure, parang pagkakita nya ng impression biglang kailangan na agad i schedule yung hysteroscopy and nagulat na lang ako at kumuha na daw ako ng clearance before ako magka period.  Parang gusto ko tuloy magpa 2nd opinion muna, hindi ko lang alam kung saan namang hospital.   Any suggestion sisses?

opo nakatulog ako sa anesthesia eh, grabe sakit nung ininject sakin halos mamura ko yung doctor eh, eh bago ko masabe yun tulog na ako... hehe

bale 4pm ang aking d and c operation ko, bale di na ko pwedeng uminum or kumain nung 10am onwards.. bawal kahit anong mangyari. sabe ng ob ko..

had my polyps removed 3 weeks ago sa makati med.. 8th day of my regular cycle.. prior to that me bleeding na kasi ako for 10 days na ( half of regular pad for a whole day ang measurement). 5pm sched ko so by 9am last water and food intake.. by 2pm nag check in na ako sa room ko.. i opted to stay overnight.. i asked na lang the nurse to have the IV inserted bago ako dalhin sa Operating room.. kasi last time masakit yung nagkabit ng IV sa operating room..

hysteroscopy-is a way for your doctor to look at the lining of your uterus. He or she uses a thin viewing tool called a hysteroscope. The tip of the hysteroscope is put into your vagina and gently moved through the cervix into the uterus. The hysteroscope has a light and camera hooked to it so your doctor can see the lining (endometrium) on a video screen.
