Yes I've tried it! It's very convenient because you'll be done working out in 30 minutes but you feel you've worked out for 2 hours

kakatuwa naman knowing that theres a gym just across the law firm where I used to work.

dati call center hub yan. Di na ako nagwowork dun now sa 6750 na ako and I go to Golds now.

just had a free trial yesterday.. kapagod yung kickboxing hehe.. til now masakit pa rin yung both arms ko.. kahit umulan, sugod pa rin kami ng friend ko hehe.. pinagpawisan buong katawan ko..it's a nice workout.. di ko na triny yung circuit.. yung pagbuhat pa lang nung weights, di na cinarry ng arms ko hahaha nagpabounce-bounce na lang ako dun sa trampoline hahaha

i think kasama sis kasi 2week membership eh.. un lang for pole dancing classes they charge 200 for the rental fo the pole in evry session.
