Sis hotmom, you can start with banana bread. No special tools needed.

^You can probably use it like chocolate ganache on your baked goodies.

I saw this baking supplies shop sa may dona soledad street near Sm Bicutan. The owners are very friendly. They even carry dolce de leche filling na ready made for only 150 pesos good for around 30cupcakes. They also have cupcake and other sweet recipes for u to experiment on... if ur a beginner, that's a good place to go as they'll give u tips on how to get started...

question lang po... pwede bang gumawa ng madaming cream cheese frosting then just add certain flavor for certain cupcakes that will be baked. like just add cocoa powder to the cream cheese frosting for a chocolate cream cheese frosting? or add coffee?

guys, try getting cupcakes from The Flour Girl. They have a kiosk at Rockwell. They kinda cost and they are kinda small but the density of the cupcake makes up for all it's seeming liabilities. Moist, rich and super dense cupcakes nila. bigat sa tiyan. bigtime fave ko dun ang salted caramel tska red velvet cupcakes. yummy talaga! try nyo... :)

Im looking for  an icing  na di madaling matunaw at di ganun ka tamis. I dont have a problem baking a cupcake but my problem is yung frosting. Yung lagi ko kasing ginagawa is always runny at sobrang tamis. Help. Thanks mga sis.

^sis j27 how i wish i can view photobucket here sa office, hindi ko makita pics mo sayang

mga sis, I posted this already in baking thread, can you help me understand, ano ba talaga yung shortening?
when baking, I use all raw ingredients, meaning walang ready mix na, from batter to frosting ako lahat nagtitimpla, and di ko lang talaga alam kung para saan yung shortening na yun

sis J27 thanks
bale ano purpose nya? sabi kasi flavorless oil, so parang ginagaya yung butter ganon?

salamat sis

Sisses, kakagawa ko lang ng carrot cupcakes. I'm not sure what went wrong pero okay naman yung texture nung cupcake.
