bought a 35L Kyowa oven last weekend.
Tried 3 recipes already.
1. Roasted Chicken from Panlasang Pinoy site. -masarap kaya lang nakakaumay and parang matabang.
2. Mocha cake - i forgot the site i used. Sa site, dapat 15min lang siya sa oven. after 15min and cool ko na dapat, di pa luto yung gitna. So may nanay put it back to the oven and cooked it for another 10min. Infairness, ang sarap niya. :)
3. Hershey's Chocolate Cupcake -  followed the recipe from the Hershey's site. Brought it sa office, everybody liked it. wala nga lang frosting. Pero sakto lang daw ang tamis and moist siya. Will bake another batch of this and will try the creamcheese frosting.

I am currently reading bakehappy blog, nakakaaliw! Will soon try mga recipes niya. :)

^magkano po yung 35L kyowa oven? tia.

sis..gusto ko kasi sanang mas paalsahin pa yung cupcake..

sis i think 4tsp of baking powder is too much. baka maalsa nga yung cupcakes mo pero naka-affect naman sa taste ng cupcakes. ako naman gusto ko sa cupcakes flat naman kaso palagi maumbok kinalalabasan ng cupcakes ko...

35L Kyowa oven is 3299 pesos sa SM.
Good na siya for a beginner.

Sis 1st time ko gumawa cupcakes, flat kinalabasan. I am so happy!  At nasarapan ako promise! Here's the recipe:

Dark Chocolate Cupcake
yield: 12 cupcakes prep time: 30 minutes (active), 45 minutes (inactive)cook time: 18-20 minutes total time: 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

For the Cupcakes:8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ cup (1.5 ounces) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
¾ cup (3.75 ounces) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
¾ cup (5.25 ounces) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon table salt
½ cup (4 ounces) sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

1. To make the Cupcakes: Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat to 350 degrees F. (If you are using a non-stick muffin pan, heat the oven to 325 degrees F.) Line standard-size muffin pan with baking cup liners.
2. Combine butter, chocolate, and cocoa in medium heatproof bowl. Set bowl over saucepan containing barely simmering water; heat mixture until butter and chocolate are melted and whisk until smooth and combined. (Alternately, you can microwave the mixture at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.) Set aside to cool until just warm to the touch.
3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder in small bowl to combine.
4. Whisk eggs in second medium bowl to combine; add sugar, vanilla, and salt until fully incorporated. Add cooled chocolate mixture and whisk until combined. Sift about one-third of flour mixture over chocolate mixture and whisk until combined; whisk in sour cream until combined, then sift remaining flour mixture over and whisk until batter is homogeneous and thick.
5. Divide the batter evenly among muffin pan cups. Bake until skewer inserted into center of cupcakes comes out clean, 18 to 20 minutes.
6. Cool cupcakes in muffin pan on wire rack until cool enough to handle, about 15 minutes. Carefully lift each cupcake from muffin pan and set on wire rack. Cool to room temperature before icing, about 30 minutes.

thank you mga sis :) using the measuring cups is a nice idea.

btw, meron bang sour cream dito? or may alternative to this na hindi masyadong pricey? may ibang recipe na gumagamit ng vegetable oil. ayoko naman gumamit ng vegetable oil hehe

Sis ginamit kong alternative yogurt and baking soda. Ratio is 1cup yogurt to 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix mo lang.

started baking (again) 3rd quarter of this year lang. i used to bake nung high school and college ako. now i've rediscovered my love for baking  ;D i mostly google cupcake recipes and when i have all the ingredients on hand i bake it. sobrang curious ako to try this recipe i saw ( chili cupcake) but hesitant ako since ako lang at si hubby ang mahilig sa spicy food sa house namin. and hubs is currently abroad. di ko naman kayang ubusin (kahit na i-half ko pa yung recipe) yung buong batch na ibebake ko. hay. (babaw ng problema ko. pasenya na) ;)
