Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

yung home service massage service na tinatawagan namin sa may San Juan area, me prenatal massage therapist. same rate lang, 250/hr. pwede din sya i-request for lactation massage. 1 therapist nga lang yung pang prenatal nila so timing-timing din if available. to be sure, nagbo-book ako 1 day in advance para naka-reserve na sya for me. sila na talaga yung tinatawagan namin before pa ako nagbuntis. sanay din ako sa hard massage before, but now, syempre bawas sa massage pressure, pero satisfied pa din naman ako. i have massages once a week.

bale naka-side ang back massage (salitan ng side para ma-massage ng maayos both sides). then iniiwasan yung certain pressure points sa may lower back. for the legs naman, ginagawa ko medyo nakaelevate yung upper body, propped up with pillows. di nya mina-massage ang talampakan, then me iniiwasan din pressure points around the ankle. yung head, pwede mo irequest kung ayaw or gusto mo ipa-massage.

I had my prenatal massage sa Neo Day Spa, sa Bonifacio Global City. It was pricey, 1,550php for my prenatal massage and kay hubby naman 1,050 and they gave us the couple's room. The massage was okay, nakatulog ako at swabeng swabe lang yung therapist. They used non-scented oil para saken kasi bawal daw sa preggy ang may scent na oil. Nawala din sakit ng balakang and buttocks ko after the massage. Okay din yung room. Very cozy and relaxing yung ambience. Ang hindi lang namin nagustuhan ni hubby, after ng massage, I think pinagpahinga lang nila kami ng 5minutes. Usually kasi after namin magpamassage, umiidlip muna kami ni hubby for a few more minutes then punas ng towel with warm water para maalis yung oil. kaso hindi, after lumabas ng mga therapists, hindi pa kami nakakapagrest man lang after ng massage, kumatok na yung staff at sinabi na may papalit na daw agad sa amin sa room. Hay, bigla ako naturn off.

I have my weekly massage din. Basta ang pinapaiwasan ko lang talaga ay ang balakang na area at yong sa talampakan at ankle area. Masarap sa pakiramdam after magpamassage  kasi nawawala yong mga pains and discomfort.

I just had my massage last friday sa Mom Massage. Home service sya. I am on my 32nd week and masakit na talaga ang likod ko. Sulit kasi 2 hrs nya ko minasahe, dami kasi kwento nung therapist about breastfeeding and she took time to loosen yun balikat ko kasi naninigas na daw. Ang sarap ng feeling after.

Regarding my post, nauwi ako that week din sa lactation councellor/certified masseur - Post natal massage home service P1500, she's was very helpful not sure kung pede banggitin name nya, marami ako natutunan massage and tips to increase milk production - since ito ang purpose ko, hindi ko kasi kaya un sikat na lactation consultant 2500 at parang ansungit sa phone hehe (this is another topic;)

Tried Zalor Massage Services (Nanay Lorena) last weekend, dami ko daw stress lalo na sa likod. Inunti unti niya yung pressure kasi since i got pregnant hindi na ko nakapagmassage. So far i felt lighter after the session, yun nga lang bugbog yung shoulder blade ko kasi dun siya nagconcentrate, tumagal din yung bugbog ng 2 days. I also had lactation massage and tinuruan niya ako after para ako nalang daw ang magmassage. So far sulit ang bayad. Highly recommended!

^alam ko meron sila sa Makati pero they have home service. nasa 1150 postnatal + lactation massage na, umabot din kami ng mga 3 hours.

wow mas mura. i have not tried Neo day spa yet kasi sabi ni hubby parang ang mahal masyado. yung prenatal massage kasi parang mga nasa 1,200 php for 60 minutes. Pwede ba magrequest ng lactation massage kahit di pa nanganganak? im on my 31st week pa lang kasi. Pwede kaya yung Prenatal + lactation massage? thanks!
