Hinde pa ko nakakapagpa-post natal massage sis kase na-CS ako eh. Usually pag nagpapa-sched ako ng massage sila ang naga-assign sa ken. Yung favorite masahista ko kase na-assign na sa Baguio branch nila.

I'm also on the hunt for a decent prenatal massage. Sanay kasi ako sa hard massage... after my 1st trimester, yung regular masseuse ko minamasahe ako kung paano nya ako minamasahe dati, pero iniiwasan nya pressure points sa hands, feet, and di nya ginagalaw abdomen and lower back. She resigned recently, so napilitan ako maghanap ng ibang masahista. Saw this website for Orange Spa, may prenatal massage daw sila. So this girl arrived at my house, okay naman masahe nya, moderate-light lang na may mga bitin na pindot pindot. Tapos nung nasa last part na sya (left leg), biglang sabi nya "ay ma'am, prenatal or postnatal massage po ba? kasi ang sabi saakin postnatal" (kahit nilinaw ko naman na prenatal massage kami for 1.5 hrs. Ayun, nataranta sya at hinimas himas lang yung left leg ko. Sa sobrang taranta nya, nagmadaling umalis and di nya natapos yung 1.5 hrs. Honestly, mas gusto ko pa yung kanyang postnatal massage, kung himas himas lang pala sa anak ko na lang binayaran ko humimas saakin.  Still have no idea who can give a decent prenatal massage, kahit naman buntis ako, hindi naman ako ganun ka fragile.

It's a prenatal massage/lactation massage kaya lang you have to be 6 months preggy.  I want to try it out too pero a bit expensive (P1,000 per session).   I think they are a home service massage company.

I regularly get my prenatal massage from my regular home service therapist. She just avoids my tummy area and my ankles. Iniiwasan na rin nya ang hard massage on the soles of my feet. And of course, I lie on my side all throughout. Her rate is P300 + tip. I consulted with my OB and she said my regular massage is fine basta the masseuse avoids pressure points.

I tried yung post-natal massage in mommassage after I had my first baby, expensive nga + nothing special.

^Pag may stiff neck ako sis hinde ko pinapa-massage unless ilang days na sya and sa PT ko sya dinadala sa hospital.

Wala ring go signal si ob eh. I massage na lang daw muna yun neck at shoulders lightly. Mabilis naman talaga ako magkapasa..

eto yung Spa sa Asia Hospital http://www.rebirthspa.blogspot.com/
gusto ko i try after I gave birth kasi eto lang pinaka malapit sa area ko. nag inquire na ako sa ngayon daw wala silang home service pero meron sila prenatal and postnatal massage with lactation. Rate nila is P750.

I've tried yung prenatal massage sa Bluewater Spa saka sa Asian Spa kaso pricey/hindi masarap. Sanay kasi ako sa hard massage and before I got pregnant at least 2x a month kami magpamassage so nakakamiss talaga. Yung nagmassage sa kin masyadong light and parang hagod hagod lang. May natry ako, forgot yung name ng spa pero home service sya. 700/hour tapos nakaside habang nagmamassage tapos avoid lang pressure points. Super okay nakakatulog talaga ko. Kaya sya na yung nagmamassage sa kin. Pero dapat a day before nagpapaappointment ka na since mejo madami atang customers.
