^oh yesss! ebooks are my life sa ipodtouch, sis! and audiobooks, too.

2 ang magagandang bookreaders on ipod touch. yung iba, gusto nila ang iBooks. free download sha... easy to use...

pero ako, personally, i prefer to use another free applic, Stanza. mas madali gamitin para sa akin...

try looking for our lyn here sa GT... nasa ipod or itunes thread sha, i think. she shares this link to tons of ebooks sa web/globe icon nya... just click on it.

pag na dwonload ko ang ebook, when it is not in epub format for my stanza or iBook, i use the free pc application na Calibre to convert it to epub. easy lang yan. then drag mo lang sa stanza/ibook when you sync. it is that eeasy.

Yeah mas fast yung Stanza app than iBooks. Ang bagal ng iBooks. Though maganda yung paka present ng shelves nya.

Woke up to several emails from my credit cards and Paypal. Someone made over 400USD worth of iTunes store purchases using my iTunes account.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I checked my iTunes purchases and it looks as if it happened while i was updating my apps...at this point who knows.

I had to contact Paypal, 2 of my credit cards and of course Apple, what a way to start my week.

ano naman kaya ginawa nun sa $400 apps? kaya ako hanggang ngayon walang credit card or paypal acct na nakalink sa iTunes acct ko. I just use the iTunes card for purchases lang..

hello any of you wh have tried "updating" or "purchasing" an app, tapos it said na NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS na? have you read it? OMG 43 pages nasa page 13 palang ako nakaktamad basahin (although dapat hindi) Any "synopsis" on that?

and, what are the pros/cons of having an ITUNES card versus purchasing using your cc AND having a US account versus Phils account??. I think Phils account ako yata.

^ itunes card, parang gift card lang after you use wala na. whereas yung cc, they keep your cc information etc kaya pag na hack ayun, parang yung problem ng isang sister natin.. kasi there's no way of really telling kung ikaw nga yung gumagamit ng cc kasi wala naman sila verification process.

sa account naman may mga apps na available lang sa us than pinas..

^ and @lyn - Thank you. I finally got word for iTunes that my money will be refunded. I wish there was a way they could track the perp down, I know that's close to impossible though. We'll see how long it takes til the final resolution ie. Charges dropped.

^ nako if you're a tech blogger I'm sure people would be feasting about the fact that iTunes' security got breached. Sana they resolve it agad. $400 is a loooot of muullah

Ah, good pala i use lang my debit card (liit lang ang amount) so somehow i feel "safe" naman

one more thing, just to confirm, i can get FREE books sa stanza, kindle, and kobo diba? Are they updated ba? i have already downloaded the app, pero i get my free ebooks sa ibang site tapos transfer transfer nalang from netbook to itouch. kakapagod rin

^ako sis, ginagamit ko lang din itunes gift card. i buy online. sa ebay madami nagbebenta. so yes, kahit nasa pinas ka, you can use an itunes gift card. ginamit ko lang address is yung bahay ng pinsan ko sa US although i think di naman nila tinatrack yung US address na ilalagay mo. i know some na nagimbento lang ng US address to use their gift card.
