I own bb bold 9000, and i can say ok naman siya. What i don't like lang is that you need to be subscribed to a bb service to be able connect via wifi (prepaid kasi). I'm seriously considering getting myself an iphone, what i like about that phone is you can connect via wifi without you having to subscribe to anything.

hi sisses, nahihiya ako sa question ko. I just wanna ask where your bb's made? If may nakalagay ba at the back of your phone kun san sya made. Like Nokia which is sa ibat ibang country made, may finland, china, etc. TIA

im choosing between bb torch or iphone 4... gusto ko mga applications sa ip4 kaso sabi ng friend ko ang maganda daw sa bb anytime pwede ka mag send ng pictures or video sa bb sa friend mo naka bb din sa ip4 meron bang ganun?

^You can only send pictures from the iPhone through the traditional methods:  MMS (you'll be charged the corresponding fee though) or email (which you can access through WiFi, or if you have unlimited data plan).

I've been using the Blackberry for a few days and I have to say it serves a specific purpose only: emails and blackberry messaging.  Those are the only two advantages the BB has over the iPhone.   I prefer the iPhone as an all-around phone/multimedia device, but the BB is more convenient as a work phone.

For me, iphone is better in terms of applications plus ang dali kasi gamitin.

Yung bb naman talagang for professionals, kaya lang kelangan mo pa mag subscribe for bb service, unlike iphone na ok na kagad. Yun nga lang ang pagsend ng mga pics and other docs ang mahirap.

for me, blackberry is much better.. you don't need to connect thru wifi to access your ym, fb, twiiter, email and the likes using internet. you can also access them thru wifi pero ako kasi i don't do that anymore,, 24/7 online ka, and you can receive emails instantly and i can delete unimportant messages instantly as well... and mas maliit sya sa iPhone.. iPhone is also good if you are fond of games, apps, movies and music.. i can say it is always depend on your preference and personality...

Naka-bb ako before i switched sa iphone okay naman sya pero pag tumagal medyo boring na kasi wala ma-download na apps.. Pero super useful sa internet and emails... Mas serious stuff kasi! Sa iphone nakakaaliw kasi daming apps kaya mas nae-enjoy ko. Almost kahit saan naman may wifi na so no problem with internet connection na rin

After using a BB for about a week, I have to say I still prefer the iPhone.  It's a better multimedia device, you can do much more with it.  The only thing I prefer with BB is that it receives emails very quickly (sometimes pumapasok yung email faster than on my office PC!).  Other than that, iPhone is superior to me in all other aspects.

Another plus for iPhone that people take for granted:  Apple devices generally command higher (than normal) reselling rates.  So if you want to sell your iPhone to upgrade when iPhone 5 is here na, you can still get a good price for your phone.  When I sold my old iPhone, I still got a good price for it, considering it was 2 years old na.

iPhone 5 or BB Bold 9900?

Gusto ko yung apps ng iPhone, pero gusto ko din yung ichura ng BB.
Hehe! Kaso naexperience ko na rin magkaron ng Bold 9700, mejo boring kasi hindi ganun karami yung apps, pero if you're into instant messaging talaga, siguro go for BB nalang. Kelangan mo nga lang magreg sa BIS.

Haay ano kaya? Haha. Pati ako naguluhan, kahit di pa sila parehas nare-release.
Pero for sure malaki ang kaibahan nila sa price, hehe.

i just switched from iphone to bb bold 9780. they are entirely different to one another. chat and emails, even sms - go for BB. games, songs, entertainment stuff - iphone.

what i hate is aside sa data plan ko nag subscribe pako for BIS to make YM and FB work. though pwede naman mag FB sa browser. AND i hate din na there is no (cant find any as of now) application in BB that can use voice over ip. so i miss my Skype, Yahoo messenger video calling and Viber :-(

if you are not mahilig magkalikot ng phone i guess BB is OK. but for me - i will definitely go back to iphone - when there is iphone 5 na :-)
