Anyway, I am into muay thai for quite some time naren and it's quite addicting! I love it lalo kapag sumasakit yung katawan ko after! hehe..

2. its a mixed class, normally 1on1 about 2500 for 10 sessions inclusive of gym use.

^ there's one near puregold or shopwise ata yun.. medio tago kase yung place but I watched a muay thai n mma tournament there nov last year.. ask ko kuya ko ah

There's one in Rada Regency. It's the one featured in Women's Health.

Elorde katipunan offers MT lessons and there are girls who train. I just don't know if all Elorde branches offer it.

I also plan to take MT lessons pero siguro pag pumayat nako ng konti, concentrate nalang muna ako sa boxing

i found a gym near my place that offers MT. i'm not sure if it's girl-friendly but kebs na lang haha. what are the benefits of it ba? whole body workout ba ang effect niya?

They also offer Muai Thai classes in Elorde, Metropolist (Alabang)

I also do this, 3 times a week with my bf. Oo ang sakit nga sa katawan, namaga yung knuckles ko nung first day. But its funnnnnn!!!
