I called Maquillage, walang MUFE Academy dito sa Philippines. Maquillage is a makeup school endorsed by MUFE Philippines, the classes are held in BHS & Burgos Circle.

girls, c rb chanco nsa sofa na kaya kung wala na sa lci? I've read the previous thread at  nalaman ko dun na he provides ojt nga.

I called SOFA too, and yes, RB Chanco is the instructor. The fee is 30K.

Classes start on March 19, 7 sessions, Saturdays 9-4PM, with portfolio and apprenticeship. Enrollment ends on March 10.

Ok din naman ang CAS but mas madami ako natutunan sa MUFE. For me mas hands on. May mga naging classmate ako sa MUFE nag CAS din pala hindi ko alam. The classes sa MUFE kasi are smaller and more intimate. Pag lucky ka 2 lang kayo then even luckier if your classmate goes awol 1 on 1 ang labas mo haha

Waaah! Hindi ko na alam kung saan talaga ako mag-aaral ng make-up. Pinagpipiplian ko is MUFE and MUD. Kasali din sa list ko ang HD Studio kasi mas mura and may live models.

^ how much ang fee sa MUD? I took classes at HD..ok din kasi i won't hassle my friends to model for me..

P42k sa MUD. Feedback naman sa HD, okay ba dun? Gusto ko rin dun kasi may live models, hassle kasi talaga maghanap ng magmomodel eh.

Maganda po talaga sa hd. A short lecture, demo and then hands on ka na. They provide you with models kaya di ka na magkakaproblema. Ang weekend class nila is 10am to 6pm but can extend up to 9pm or longer hanggat di pa tapos ang lahat. Ikot ng ikot din ang instructors para tingnan at ipa correct sayo ang mali mo to the point na you have to start over. Ang galing tsaka talagang matututo ka kasi 3 looks a day gagawin nyo except sa first day of class na 2 looks muna

Meron bang make-up school na may kasali ng models? Gusto ko kasi provided na yung models, mahirap kasi maghanap eh.

Hi guys, ggraduate na ko from Basic Make Up Artistry sa CAS next week. It was fun! dami ko natutunan under miss Jill-Tumbaga. But I want to learn more.. san kaya magandang school mag focus for bridal make ups and hair also? any suggestion? thanks

hi, pinag-iisipan ko din mag formal training tanong ko lang sa mga naka pag-attend na: anong mga materials/ make-up ang kailangan? at magkano ang nagastos niyo all in all? hehe. gusto ko lang malaman para mapaghandaan. thank you

^more or less nagastos ko nasa P20k for materials, that doesnt include stuffs i already owned. for starters you would need a good brush set and you can get yung palettes (lips, eyeshadow, blush, foundation, etc) mas makatipid ka since you can get many colors/shades you would need and mas di hassle. you would also need eyeliners, mascara, eyelash curler, powder - you'd basically need almost everything but it also depends on which course your going to take.
you would also need make up remover, brush cleaner, alcohol, tissue, mixing plate, fake eyelashes

there are some school that provides materials to be used during training though. pero if you plan to make a career out of it consider it as your investment

^^im a graduate of CAS rin, all in all i spent around 60k for materials alone (tuition not included). That did not include pa the traincase and basic makeup stuffs that i already owned prior to the class. I didnt have to bring my own model kase CAS has an agent of sort naman who provides practice models for the students for a minimal fee, so kasali din yun sa expenses ko.

I'll be starting on the 16th of april for the make up artistry class in CAS. Anyone will be starting on same the day? i heard we'll be under Jill Tumbaga. Is she strict on make up brands?Does she recommend average make up brands?Is she nice? heeeheeehee!

Hey girls, ano bang dapat bilhin for make-up school? Anong materials or make-up yung kelangan at anong brand ang maganda? I'm planning to take formal training on May or June. Iniisip ko pa talaga kung saang school, kung MUFE or HD or MUD or CAS. Magkano po yung minimal fee para sa agent ng models sa CAS? Sa MUFE ba, may agent din sila na kukuha ng models for you? Kung meron, may fee rin ba? I need to decide na talaga within this month kung saan ako mag-aaral. Para masimulan ko nang bilhin yung mga kelangan bilhin.
