Hell to the no.

I'm leaving in 4 months or so. I don't need to be happy all the time in my job but I need to find a little bit of fulfillment in it. I think I've squeezed everything I can squeeze out of this job. I feel undervalued and I am so tired. Nakakapanlumo kapag you do most of the work pero you're not well compensated. Inis ako sa lahat ng tao na lol- clients, coworkers, bosses. So wala na talaga ako gana.

I just want to know my worth, my role....right now, I just can't feel any fulfilment....
I am praying...for God to enlighten me..for me to do what His plan for me.

OT: mga sissy d ako makapg decide kung magresign ako then hanap ng work or stay muna tapos maghanap ng work? hindi ba mahirap maghanap ng trabaho kung employed ka ngayon?

^it is advisable sis to look for a new job while you are in your current company because you will never know kelan ka makahanap ng bago.

But in my situation, kabaliktaran ang gagawin ko haha. Magresign muna ko then tsaka apply ng bago sa iba. Ang mahirap kasi dito sa current work ko di ako basta basta makapagleave. Pano kung may tawag for interview di ko naman mapuntahan pero i will submit my cv na din sa ibang company bago matapos ang nalalabing araw ko dito sa work ko para di din naman sayang ang lilipas na mga araw. Pero yung iba naman takes a month or two bago ka tawagan, depends on the company.

Nagpasa na kasi ako resignation letter at 3 months notice ang binigay saken, o di ba ang gulang ng employer ko.

Siguro case to case basis din, depending on one's situation and preference.

on topic: im actually happy with the nature of my work but i don't have a good future here so i need to find a new job before it is too late hehe. I just hope for the best. Good luck to us sis.

Kapag mahal mo, masaya ka. I've learned to love my work since Day 1 not only because of the benefits, incentives, etc. but also because of the people around me especially those who are in higher position. We treat each one of us as a family, given that my work, IBEX, provides high salary and good extras and other benefits.

I'm still happy kasi I've made good friends here pero I'm ready na to leave. I am hoping lang that my next workplace, colleagues and bosses will be just as good or hopefully better.

to say I'm happy, is an understatement. This is what I dreamt to do. My manager is the manager I dreamt to have. And my teammates are the best!

I have nothing bad to say about my manager. He is the ideal leader talaga. He's not a micromanager, you can talk to him about anything under the sun, he won't make you feel inferior, he's super understanding, gives us so much freedom at work pa. He doesn't care what we do with our time. If we come in late or go home early, wala sa kanya. He said he's only after the deliverables. Kung nagawa namin yun and gusto na namin umuwi, we can. No questions asked talaga. Tried and tested. If I need to go see the dr, he doesn't ask us to file for annual leave, kumbaga sabi nya, just go. Super bait nya

My team mates naman... they're all so smart. They really know what they're doing and wala ka mapipintasan na tatanga t**** o tamad.

Incentive is my pay. We get 2 salary increases every year - first increase is during your "anniversary" in that position, the second increase is just because.

I am happy with my work. Badtrip lang ako dahil may bayad na ang parking. Ang mahal. Nakakainis kasi parang simpleng bagay lang naman yun bakit may bayad na.. Tsaka anggulo ng management lately.

Napromote ako last month pero gusto ko sana madagdagan pa ang allowance. Sana mga 20k/ mo na allowance ok na sana.

Yes! I'm super happy kasi less ang stress and friendly ang environment. Mabait and fair din yung boss ko. Ang problem ko lang dito hindi enough yung salary, hindi naman siya super liit pero not enough kahit super tipid na kami. I'm not sure kung makakahanap pa ako ng ganito kagandang environment sa isang company.

I hate to say this pero NO. Wala pa ako 6 months pero di na ako masaya. I'm giving myself a year before mag decide if I will stay or leave. Sayang kasi if aalis ako less than a year knowing maganda name ng company pero pagdating sa work load at boss hay naku lakas makaubos ng kabataan. LOL

For me, hindi na ko masaya.. 1 1/2 years na since napromote ako, pero yung promised salary increase wala pa rin.. Saan ba maganda lumipat na company? Yung tipong ibibigay nila kung ano yung para sa'yo..

ako mixed emotions... as OFW importante na hindi delayed ang sahod which is wala akong prob, super happy ako dun, sa mga naging boss ko wala ding prob... hindi lang masaya yung 2years contract ko na ini-extend nila ng 6mos hangang maging 8years na ko dito...medyo nakakaloka!

same here with the mixed emotions. salary okay lang, load of works ayus din naman. ang problema ko naman is yung descrimination tsaka yung management. exmaple ko lang yun mga newly hired employees, same ng function sa mga old employees pero sa salary mataas ang di hamak yung mga bago. ang katwiran naka base daw sa economy ang sahod. di hamak na mas mahal na daw ang bilihin sa panahon ngayon kumpara noon. parang may mali diba, hindi naman nag stick sa nuong unang panahon ang presyo ng bilihin ng mga lumang empleyedo. ang appraisal dito pare pareho kaso lang dahil nga mataas ang base ng bago wala talagang chance naka cope up yung mga luma.. like what i said, management ang may problema hindi ang mga newly hired.
