Haaay, seems like I am no longer happy na sa current job ko, hoping next year will be able to find a better one.  Aayusin ko lang yung mga dapat ayusin in terms of work, para naman atleast pag alis ko eh maayos pa rin ang mga trabahong iiwanan ko

Yes. Very. Kahit nakakatamad minsan, maswerte pa rin ako sa work ko at least hindi ako parang tinotorture pag papasok. Kulang lang sa salary pero mag increase naman yun.  Medyo matagal ang career growth pero panalo pa rin sa benefits.

so far yes. trainee pa lang ako. hopefully makayanan ko work BPO siya pero healthcare account kaya happy ako kasi kahit paano ma-apply ko kahit konti yung course ko.

sa ngayon hindi. badtrip yung boss ko, pinersonal rating naming lahat. palibhasa wala naman syang alam sa ginagawa namin. mas satisfied pa client and counterparts sa performance namin kesa sa kanya?! ang kapal lang! sana meron din evaluation para sa project managers para ibabagsak ko talaga sya.

Im a call center agent - technical suppport rep.
I've been with different bpo companies but I really dont know what's the problem with me haha!

Coz I can't stay on one company. I always keep on looking for the best company the best pay the best schedule and the best officemates.

Im always not satisfied with what job i have or company i have or pay that i have. But I really want to stay longer on a company. Haha. Crazy me!

8 months ago, I was a Shift-supervisor at a well-known fast food restaurant. Now, I have an ongoing love-hate relationship with my new chosen career as a Personal Insurance Consultant.

Being new to a contact centre environment is quite challenging combined with all the heavy readings plus the on and off floor training from our month-long induction!

I like the people that I work with now though- most of them are really supportive and the culture this workplace has is beyond amazing!
