umpisa pa lang hindi na ako happy sa work ko,i just grabbed it kasi naka 1 month tourist visa lang ako dito sa uae that time tsaka maganda naman ang position as an admin assistant at ngaun ayaw ko na talaga as in! super dami kong trabaho kasi nagresigned na yung kasama ko tas saken lahat ng paperworks.kaya kung sa kaya pero as of today nilalagnat ako sa stress ang daming urgent!!!!wala pang bayad ang OT! gusto ko nang magresign pero wala akong choice dahil uuwi ako ng pinas at maiiwan ko dito h2b ko so kunting tiis na lang by april finish contract na ko.hahaaays! tas hanap ulit ng bagong work hindi na ko magwork sa recruitment pwamis!!!!!

I am now happy with my new job!  nice ambience and people are nice too. Relaxed although its very far to my place, pero as long as my 8 hours of work is not stressful that's good enough for me

help me naman po.. nag start po ako with my first job last wednesday.. excited kasi ako sa magiging work ko as company nurse pero may kasamang ibang work.. then during pre employment process, inexplain sakin kung ano magiging job ko.. ayun nga weekly ako magiging company nurse and whole weekdays office lang ako.. pero during my first day nalaman ko na modus operandi lang nila yung company nurse para lang marami mag apply.. in addition, sabi nila during my training period may sahod na.. but still wala padin.. every friday daw kasi sweldo, and nagtanong din ako sa iba sabi nila wala talaga sweldo pag trainee ka palang.. ang dami sinasabi nung pre employment process di naman nasusunod.. gusto ko na magresign, pero di ko alam kung pano ko sasabihin.. please help me naman.. thanks

Gawa ka ng resignation letter. State mo ang mga reasons mo kung bat mo ito gagawin. Unless meron nilalaman sa kontrata mo na di ka pwede mag resign.

I thought kakayanin kong malampasan lahat ng politics issues sa office dito sa first job ko sa isang company. Ngayon sobrang gusto ko nang umalis  kaso hindi magandang impression sa next employer ang 1 year experience lang diba? Masaya naman talaga ako nung una pero nung dumating time na nagiba pamamalakad ng management dahil sa new hired authorities, bigla nagkachaos at ang daming pumangit sa company. Number one issue ko is yung hierarchy ng positions. Biruin mo ba naman mula Junior -> *something* Manager -> TL (FYI:bilis ng pagjump nya sa positions di nya nadaanan yung iba.And without notice sa ibang authorities about sa promotion nya.Biglaang "Hey si ano, isa na syang *ganitong position*). Tapos ibang issues pa like kelangan kaclose mo yung isang *higher position* para mapromote ka. WTH!

Yes I am happy with my work. Our workplace environment is good and almost all of the people in our company is friendly. The company even gave me a chance to fly abroad and here I am in Australia. I'm just here for 2 months and will eventually fly in here every now and then because of the contract our company had with the client here.

Very happy! Stressful pero nakikita ko yung progress. Okay ang boss, pay is okay naman kahit di super taas pero tama lang dami rin ako natututuhan.

Not anymore Medyo nagsasawa na ako sa mga clients na sobrang demanding kahit na ok naman yung company, officemates, pay, etc.

But it has been a long agonizing process to get here. First, I had to do apprenticeship which didn't pay much but it gave me a starting experience related to my field. Then I had to shift to a bigger company cuz I need more income than what I'm getting. Kaso sobrang layo naman. Eventually lahat ng kita ko napupunta lang sa pamasahe. Wala akong savings. So i looked for a job na mas malapit. Nakakita naman ako pero sobrang chaka ng benefits. Tinanggap ko na rin kasi nakuha ko asking ko. Pero yung company sobrang pangit ng org setup kaya I had to leave. Lastly, I'm here in my current company. Ok yung job responsibilities ko, nakakuha ako slightly mas malaking salary, way better benefits, i can leave at exactly 6pm, no saturday work, at malapit lang din.

yes, kapag ako yun senior. haha! pero pag junior nurse tapos sobrang toxic, nakakasumpa talaga yun trabaho namin especially if you're handling 15 patients in 8 hours tapos wala pang nursing aide, ikaw magpapalit ng diaper ng bedridden patients... dagdagan pa ng sobrang demanding na patients' relatives na parang sila na lang lahat ang may alam... kakagigil sa galit mga ganun e pero kelangan mong mamlastik kase it's your job and they will keep on telling you na "binabayaran namin serbisyo nyo dito".
