are you happy with your work?

yes..i'm happy..lot of reasons to be happy:
- same company kami ni hubby
- the salary is ....way better than my previous work
- flexible time..
- early out is ok as long as done with the tasks.
- working remotely
- not so stressful tasks..
-- and I am loving it.

Pareho tayo on the above, sis.  God is soooo good!!! May time na ulet mag-GT.

It's a difficult/confusing feeling when you start to question if this is the right job/career for you or if you are the right person the company needs.. haayyy.....

Yes, im happy pero happy lang not happyng happy kasi sobra pressure at kalurkey most of the time ang mga bossings ko.
Buti na lang, i really love  my work or else, matagal na siguro ako nagpalit ng career. Although kahit very demanding job, wala rin halos na dull moments.

honestly, im getting bored na dito sa work ko, wala na kong growth na makita sa sarili ko, wala ng kachallenge challenge, gusto ko na nga magresign kaya lang andito mga friends ko tsaka ok ang benefits pati salary san ko pa ba hahanapin to hayy! hopefully, after 2yrs. pwede na kong magresign ng hindi kong panghihinayangan ang sweldong mawawala sakin.

I'm not happy with my job anymore. I'm planning to resign this May pero mukhang mas mapapaaga. Masyado na kaming niloloko ng mga boss naming bumbay. Parang hindi ko na kayang palampasin to. Ang dami nang nagresign sa amin and mukhang susunod na ako.

Yes I am happy with my work..
* I learned to appreciate the night shift and my 10PM schedule kasi wala na tao masyado sa kalye, mabilis na mag drive.
*My company sees to it  na laging may training ang employees. I just finished some supply chain trainings, undergoing the Green Belt Training, and will attend a training on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Employee .
*Pay is good and the  benefits.
*Laging may team buildings, may company outing at least in  a year
* May training abroad...

yes, i'm happy with my work. 11 years na pala ako sa work ko hindi ko namamalayan. may mga times na low, but overall happy naman kami ni hubby kasi it pays the bills plus maraming natututunan. happy kami kasi relaxed lang kami ni hubby at sa bahay lang kami.

nakakatulong din na kasama palagi sa dasal namin ang work.

Advice mga sis, ano ba dapat gawin ko o maramdaman. Nagkaroon kasi ng issue kanina sa office. Although alam kong hindi ako guilty pero bakit ganun? Parang nung nagmeeting kami about the issue I felt parang ako yung tao na iniisip nila na responsible. Haay. o paranoid lang ako? Apektado kasi ang team dahil dun.  . I don't know how to even react on that kind of thing. And maybe that's one of the reasons why I don't know kung masaya pa ba ako o hindi na sa work. Parang may hindi tama.. And parati nalang feeling stressed ako.

Kahit gustuhin ko man magresign hindi kaya dahil may bond. I'm just waiting for that day na malaya na ako.  . Feeling ko tuloy di na healthy yung ganito.

No, I'm not happy with my current work. Although I got a good salary and benefits, and most of the time ay wala talaga ako ginagawa kundi mag facebook. Pero in my heart, im not happy. I feel that there is something i really wanted to do pa outside the office.. of course, i need this to pay my bills. every morning tinatamad ako pumasok.. hay life.. what should i do..
