are you happy with your work?

Im happy with what i'm doing right now kasi sarili ko ang oras ko, i meet a lot of people and i earn big every month.  sa company lang namin ko nakita ang monthly bonus, grabe.. and dito ko rin na experience ang spiritual growth.. kaya siguro happy ako.  sabi nga nila, gumaganda ka na, kumikita ka pa.  happy din ako with my previous work, but nothing compares to what I'm doing right now.  Thank GOD.

Yes, I am happy with my work. Sobrang hirap nong nagstart pero ngayon na nagkaroon ng promotion mas naging okay. I love my work kasi nasa bahay lang ako at the same time I am earning.

NO!i resigned sa previous call center ko for 6 years ...ako ang work dun same account..pero walang promotion and wala ng challenged..nag aaway away na mga reps ..siguro sa boredom na din..puro chismis...and nagsara na ang account...so lumipat ako ng cc ulit..pero hindi na sa ordinary agent...higher post na..sabi ko need ko to kasi challenging and career changed...kaso whats happening here is ..sobra sobrang politics at napakadaming boss...hindi pa pwede i follow ang break scheds mo...need mong pumila ..unahan kayo....grabe ang workload...tapos kala ko since malaki ang basic mas ok pero pag pay day ...mapapamura ka sa liit ng take home pay mo...gusto ko na mag quit...night shift na ako...sobrang pagod na pagod pa lagi...nag pipray na lang ako na sana tumagal pa ko dito ..pero everyday pag gumigising ako...naiiyak ako sa sama ng loob kasi papasok na naman ako...kaso wala pa ako fallback...pano ko pa ba i encourage ang sarili ko to atleast like what i am doing? i am so exhausted

coping up naman. i handle the tasks of a team manager, ccod, ra and trainer in one but it's worth it. Siguro nagiging magaan [textspeak!] work kasi ok ang boss and agents

I wasnt happy at first few months, I was on the verge of resigning, later on when when I got the hang of my responsibilites, I became completely at home with my work. Officemates and boss are nice to work with and salary is really good!

i work as an er nurse. kahit sobrang toxic ng trabaho ko happy pa rin naman. buti okei mga kastaff ko.

  hndi sobrang hindi na, pero [textspeak!] akong choice 1st i need money for my family, second mahal ko na mga tao dito, ito din kasi ang first job ko...... tagal ko ng contractual dito.. more than 4 yrs na ko dito palipat lipat [textspeak!] ng department... ang nkakasama pa ng loob they keep hiring people na for regular post samantalang [textspeak!] matatagal ng nagsisilbi sa knila eh hindi man [textspeak!] nila maisip na i-absorb.. hay tapos ikaw pa magtuturo sa mga bagong pasok na empleyado.. diba nakaka degrade un

nope. ayoko ng magwork sa call center. i want to try something different. something new. i want to have a normal day job with good benefits. kahit hindi kasinglaki ng sweldo ko ngayon basta stable.

Yes, pero I want something more after this. Wala akong balak magtagal dito ng 5-10 years. Still thinking if I'm going to take further studies or put up a business with my fiance. More likely, I'll choose the latter.

just started working again last feb and so far i am loving it.  day job eh... burned out na sa BPO & call center!

Yup happy ako sa job ko, hindi ko akalain na natupad dreamjob ko na pinapangarap ko nung nasa college pa lang ako. Medyo stress lang ako sa paghandle ng tao... Sana matutunan ko humaba ang pasensya and maging kalmado sa nga tao ko =)

Working from home get's me down sometimes, just staying at home. I dont get out very much except picking up stocks and delivery's etc. So on a whole no im not happy with work.

i'm happy with my work because i've a boss like that. individually, we could make a difference one person at a time. together, we could make a difference to a huge number of individuals.

for him, it's not just about profit. it's about people.

so i'm happy to learn and emulate.

^Not really, but I take one day at a time and syempre thankful na din kaysa naman wala so who am I to complain na din.

we are about a hundred. that's my limit in terms of doing my practice - knowing each person, their personal, professional, and behavioral history to help them perform and deliver every step of the way. we are into IT consulting. we are in a difficult line of business as a solutions provider that's why our people should be given the best possible kind of treatment. we solve their problems for them so they solve our clients' problems.

Hindi  [textspeak!] biro yung pinagdaanan ko before I got it.
Sa una palang kasi, you'll know na if the job is for you eh. Like when I applied, yung place parang I told myself 'this is where I want to work'.
Fresh grad ako pero for me malaki na yung kita ko double sa previous work(I worked before I graduate pero di ako motivated kasi mababa lang kita ko plus nkakapagod *6days/week.. after 3 mos. umalis na ko dun)

Ok rin kasi yung mga kasama mo professionals [textspeak!]. And I love what I do kya ayun, HAPPY!
