Hello mga sis! Ask ko lang if saan makakabili ng exercise ball i want to flatten my tummy kasi and to straighten up my body medyo kuba kasi ako. Some says that exercise ball is the best fitness equiptment that you must have! how much po kaya if ever meron sa malls?

May fear ako dito. Dati i wanted to buy one. Good for the posture daw kasi. Use it instead of a chair while in front of the computer.... Until  i saw in the news, one girl was exercising and her ball exploded. She sustained some injuries in her arms, na rip open and needed stitches... Siguro freak accident yun, pero praning ako just the same.
