^I have lots of friends working in BSP mga barkada ko nung college, a lot of them moved to BSP after working in auditing firms.  One of them kakatapos lang ng masters nya sa UP, i'm not sure kung sponsored nga yun ng BSP, will ask him. 

but mukhang ok naman silang lahat sa BSP everytime umuuwi kami sa pinas nagkikita kita kami and maganda ang feedback nila sa BSP.

Here are the salaries naman in IT:

Business Analyst/Consultants:
Entry level = 30K-40K
Junior = 50K-60K
Senior = 65K-80K or more

Systems Administrators:
Junior = 80-100
Senior = 100-150

sana buong bayan nabubudburan ng taxes natin. but anyway im happy for those who are working in government companies. but i also know someone who said you wont survive or get rich in government if your hands are clean ;p

May that someone is --

a. not qualified enough to land a decent job in good govt agencies
b. insecure
c. guilty of what he said

a govt employee can get rich w/o necessarily resorting to corruption because anyone can get rich ... if you know how to save and make that money work for you.  that's the philosophy of wealth.

i was part of a project team for a government agency and i can say that they are well-paid and they have the best benefits i've known. housing loan, car loan, life insurance, retirement benefits, opportunities for continuing education, provident fund, leaves. they are assured to have a good life even after retirement.

compensation also depends on the module or area of expertise

Entry level in banks:

Tellers - minimum wage, exclusive of hazard pay and others.
Entry level - 8k plus-12kplus
Intermediate - 12k plus - 20k plus
Supervisory level- 20k plus - 30k plus
Managers -  some wont disclose their salary. they keep mum about it. but i guess around mga 30kplus
CEO, AVP, EVPs - as I have heard, they paid per hour, not per day. =)

depende sa experience at qualifications at kumpanya na papasukan.. estimate lang: pag 10 years na about 60-100k

private hosp nurse 8k-12k basic

nurse I at pgh 18K basic plus allowances. pinaglalaban din ng union na gawin ng 25k starting. sana matuloy para kaming mga nurse II mas lumaki sahod.hehe
