hello everyone.. kakabili ko lang din ng unit sa cambridge nung january... fully paid n ko but until now ala pa din yung contract, which is so sad kasi paalis n ko papuntang korea... sana nung december ko pa nbasa tong blog n to... huhuuhu... maeexpire n visa ko and the agent is always prominsin n makukuha ko n yung contract in a certain date.. tanong ko lang, nkukuha b tlgva yung contract or my possibility n hocus focus lang to?

^medyo matagal lang talaga yung contract to buy and sell. hingi ka nalang ng certification of full payment kasi yung Deed of Absolute Sale matagal din nabibigay. try to call their accounts management department at 867-8542, 867-8539 or 867-8523 para you can follow up your documents with them.

fully paid ng tcp ba or dp lang? The contract to sell kasi is released after 1-2 mos if dp is paid while if you don't pay the dp, 5-6mos yung waiting time. I agree with sis foxyphoenix that you should follow it up  in the office.

Knee-level daw ang baha dyan during Ondoy, located kasi and CV sa may Manggahan Floodway. From what I know yung binaha talagang sobra ay yung mga nasa Ortigas Extension kasi di ba yung Rosario  lumubog di ba? I think you're referring to One Oasis although hindi ko sure kung hanggang anong floor yung binaha.

Sigh...ok naman sana kami kaso nakakainis kadalasan dahil tapat kami ng basketball court...Napakaingay dito lalo na kung may Game for the Summer League! Nagmumura pa ang mga players! Mind you, I have kids here, 5 and 10yrs old. Pwede naman maglaro na hindi mumurahin pati INA ng kalaro mo diba??? Hindi lang pag may Game ha, kahit normal game na hindi part ng Liga ay ganun. Kaya na nga ipinpoint ng mga anak ko ang mga taong ito na mura ng mura So sad,,,Another point is ang rules ay till 10PM lang open ang Basketball court, pero syempre minsan for unknown, inconsiderate reasons e the games will go beyond that time with BLARING MUSIC and BUZZER SOUNDS!

hi.. my husband and i got a unit here at cluster 26 and i heard malapit na itong matapos ang ma turn over. wow im really excited bec this is our very first congugal investment. The 20% down ay divided sya to 24 months at zero interest then the remaining 80 percent ay nag apply na ako ng housing loan sa robinsons bank wish ko9 lang makapasa ako sa ci nila kase ang mahal kapag naka inhouse ang sa kanila yun terms..

sorry to hear about your complaints sis missyli.i hope that your complaint will be addressed immediately. sayang naman kasi cambridge village has a very quiet and peaceful environment pa naman di ba?

@sis newbeymum, actually since March nagstart na ang turnover sa cluster 26 A(levels 1-2 to be specific) so be patient,your turn will come very soon na.

missyli -alam mo ba naisip namin ni h2b yan, pano kung nag nakuha naming unit is near the clubhouse for sure maingay pag may event. sana naman magingcompliant sila sa rules and regulations kasi ang hirap nga naman na nagpapahinga ka na sa house mo then sa labas ng bintana daming maingay, at nagmumura pa..

newbeymum -yes nakikita ko construction ng cluster 26 and parang malapit ng matapos   sana makapasa kayo sa robinson's bank. kami we applied homeloan sa BDO and naapprove si h2b.

im not sure how much sa studio, pero yung samin loft type 40 sq. m. is P1.6M.

hi sis missyli... kame naman tapat ng pool. so siguro sa katabing cluster ka namin.
rent lang din kame and 2 years na kame dun. so far, nasanay na lang kame everytime na may liga. siguro nga lang mas maingay sa inyo dahil nasa tapat pala kayo.

i'm planning to buy a unit here.  from what i have read here, parang medyo hesitant nako.  nakita ko sa website, ang daming building?  ilang cluster/building ba lahat to?  magiging maganda pa ba ang community pag sobrang daming tao?  is it easy to commute from/to makati?

^ marami ngang clusters ang plan na itayo, hanggang cluster 36 (1 building kasi is comprised of 2 clusters). at first parang napaisip din ako dun kasi parang madami ata. pero may plan sila na maglagay ng central park sa bandang dulo aside from the existing na clubhouse, which is good kasi may alam ako na isang community/condominium din of empire na ang daming buildings tapos ang sikip sikip kasi compressed sila, unlike cambridge na maluwag and pwedeng mag jogging/bike. another thing may big church pa sa loob. i guess it compensates lang sa price na inooffer nila.

as for the transpo, i work in makati din, sa may ortigas extension may mga fx na ayala. then from makati naman may mga fx na pa-ortigas extension, meron ding pa-angono which is dadaan ng cambridge. sa may valero-rcbc pila ng mga fx. may free shuttle service din sa cambridge, eastwood and makati ang route nila.

medyo madami nga na towers ang nasa loob, 36 or 37 pero kasi 8 hectares naman yung buong area ng property so i think okay lang naman. important factor din dapat na i-consider ng homebuyers e kung overcrowded ba doon sa floor nila. i think okay naman yung number of units per floor ng CV, hindi siksikan
