Improvement sa Pilipinas? Mangyayari yan kung...Tatanggalin ang mga tiwali at kurap na gobyerno at yung mga nakaupo. Malamang. 

Kaya nga naghihirap ang Pilipinas dahil kinukuha lang nila ang Pera ng Bayan! Imbis na tayo ang makinabang. Sila eh. Tayo ang nangangailangan! Saatin dapat yung perang ninanakaw na dapat siguro sagana na tayo sa pagkain at medyo ayos ayos buhay natin. Eh yung mga kurap kinukuha nila ang pera dahil lamang sa Sariling interes nila! Duh. Kaya yan ang pinaka Numero unong dahilan kung bakit taghirap bansa natin. Mag ayos ayos muna ang mga nakaupo jan bago mangyari ang sinasabi nilang "Uunlad ang Pilipinas".   

At may mga kasunod pa yan. Paano ba naman. Tayo rin mismong mga Pilipino. Meron talaga tayong mga ugaling di maganda aminin natin. Di ko na masabi lahat. Basta meron. Nakaka apekto din yun sa bansa. Bakit ba nagkakaroon ng mga Sindikato? Magnanakaw? Killer? hmmp. Dapat talaga tayo ring mga pilipino ang magbago. Magsimula muna tayo sa ating mga sarili.

Ewan ko nga ba kung may pag asa pa bang umunlad tong bansa natin. Mangyayari to kung aayos mismo ang TAO. Yun lang yun eh. Well, sana nga. Samahan na lang din natin ng Payers.

i like that you made this as your #1. Yes, invest on the future leaders of the Philippines. Make education and children's welfare as top priorities.

Create more programs geared to the children's development. Make them all 'FREE' or at Reduced cost.

My #2 is easy access to Healthcare benefits. Free dental care program, Vision and annual health check-ups.

#3 Create more jobs for Filipinos.

I just hope that the taxes collected by the government is shared transparently to the Filipinos.

Are those too much to ask?

^ tama, corrupt ang pinaka core values ng mga pilipino eh. it dates way back to Spanish era. so pano pa yan mabubura. tapos may abuse of freedom of speech pa ngayon. grabe ang media, ang gulo gulo. gusto lahat nagsasalita, wala namang nakikinig. "im right you're wrong" mentality ba.

ibalik ang martial law, or better magpasakop nalang sa dayuhan. tutal di rin naman tayo marunong mag govern sa mga sarili natin.

its funny to see people complaining about kurakot pero they keep a blind eye. mismong pag tawid ng tama, hindi ginagawa. kahit sa pilahan, daming singgit.

Its a wonder nga how something like Davao City exists here.  It just shows that something can indeed be done towards the positive as long as the leader is bent on achieving it AND doing it right.

I once suggested na gayahin yun ginawa sa Singapore back then.  Yup, major corrupt country rin sila noon.  Nabago lang due to good leadership.  See where they are now.  Yun lang mukhang walang nangyari sa suggestion ko  

Hmmm.  Hanap na lang ng pulitiko who has the balls to implement that idea siguro - its simply rotating the personnel regularly (with training rin naman for their new roles), alisin yun mga drawers at bulsa sa uniform, maglagay ng CCTV PLUS may roving personnel monitoring things.  Nothing special to it.

For immediate effect of reform, it should be MANDATORY that all elected and appointed public officials do a community service every month.  They should also be rotated to do duty in the disputed and war-torn territories or serve with our UN peacekeepers.  AND MOST OF ALL, ALISIN ANG PORK BARREL!

suggestions for improvement is harsher and faster justice for the corrupt. Kung pwede lang, i-hire ang chinese gov't to do the justice, para pugutan lahat ng ulo ng mga corrupt para isa isa sila maubos. human rights? wag na human rights pagdating sa mga corrupt. mga siraulo at g*** sila, they don't deserve "human rights"!

Tapos let the British conquer us so they can teach us basic discipline (look at what they did to hk, ok naman kinalabasan. marunong sila pumila, magtapon ng basura sa basurahan. pumangit lang talaga yun hk nung ibinalik na sila sa China).

Stop showing "stupid" tv shows. Mas-na b.i. yun mga tao e. mahirap na mga, they're not educated, and certain tv shows are "giving away" money instead of teaching them to work hard for money.

gawin open to public ang passbook ng mga gov't officials, and live coverage ng buhay nila. so we know if they're cheating us with their money or not. (although this suggestion is IMPOSSIBLE, but I wish they can do it)

Or maybe someone can hypnotize all Filipinos to be DISCIPLINED AND NOT BE CORRUPT!
