Suggestions for improvements here in the Phils?

Many liked the idea when Ocean Park is added to our places to visit, Other leisure and law,city improvements one would suggest?

Ayusin muna iyun mga littering problem sis. For me, ok naman Philippines, eh. Dami lang baboy sa paligid. Tapon dito. Tapon doon. May basurahan naman na madadaanan. Kakainis.

there is so much to improve here in the philippines.. aabutin tayo ng ilang taon sa paglilista ng mga problema at panu iimprove yun..

but since i'm an environment lover, one thing i'd like to see improve is the cleanliness.. mga walang disiplina tao.. bwisit na bwisit ako sa mga tapon ng tapon ng basura.. samantalang yung mga ibang bansa eh puro sustainability inaasikaso..

 sana nga mas maipatupad yung anti littering law ng mmda..

1.  Give importance to transportation infrastructure and security

- build wide national roads/bullet trains to major cities within Luzon visayas and Mindanao
- being a country with 7000+ islands, it is important to have efficient and safe sea transport

It is only by this way, para mag-decongest ang Manila.

2.  Security - na mention ko na. Mahirap umunlad kung maraming natatakot for their own safety. Deterrent yan sa investors, and therefore mas konti ma engganyo mag invest sa bansa, mas mahirap magkaron ng jobs for us.

3.  Presidential Palace - puede lumipat naman sa Cebu?  or sa Davao?  Naisip ko lang. to decongest manila and promote other cities para umunlad din

4.  Population control would have to be done on an extreme

- dapat based sa income earned ang karapatan magkaanak. if the parents cannot show a bond once they give birth, they cannot anymore bear another child and would have to undergo forced ligation/vasectomy.

- children who are caught on the streets working for their parents or begging, shall be brought to the orphanage. will also open up channels for adoption not only within the country but also abroad.

- Parents who cannot support the basic needs of their children (food/clothing/shelter/education) will have to give up their parental rights.  Government na dapat magpaaral at mag-alaga sa mga bata and provide them with good education, proper food and shelter. Tapos walang contact na dapat with their parents.


5.  Give premium pay to the teachers and invest on education

- pero sa selected public schools lang, given that funds are limited.  but students that can enroll in such public schools would have to be handpicked and should be the ones that are more promising.  Then after graduation, they have to work for the government for 10 years.
- mga grad ng UP, or any public school has to work din in-country or with the government for x number of years

6.  reinstate death penalty

- wala nanga tayong makain at puro utang, kelangan pa natin buhayin, pakainin at bigyan ng tirahan ang mga criminals.

I would say no child policy if the couple is poor. Ibig sabihin, bawal mag-asawa kung hindi pa kaya mamuhay.

7. Bus stops, Jeepney stops and illegal parking

Lahat ng nagp-park sa sidewalk i-t-tow.  Then from here, the government can earn at least P2k/car!   

Gagamitin ng government ang funds to organize bus and jeepney stops/stations.  Yes, stations. Meaning yung mga bakanteng mga lote na nakabalandra lang, puede bilhin ng government (or long term lease) para magkaron ng bus/jeepney stations. Kung saan doon lang puede magload/unload.

8. Mga smokebelchers at smoking in public dapat puede arrestuhin at itapat sa kanila ang tambucho ng sasakyan for an hour. hehe joke! 
Pero seriously, dapat patawan sila ng fines. It is only by doing this, puede mag-earn ang gobyerno.

9. Mga nagj-jaywalking - kailangan lagyan ng handcuffs na naka handcuff sa gitnang island ng street for 1 day.  or if they dont want, they can pay a penalty ulit. They cause so much traffic kasi.

10.  police or public officials committing crimes - death penalty

One side of the equation lang kasi most often napapansin. I'll give u an example

Pumila ako sa KFC. Then may sumingit.

sabi ko "miss, sumingit yung babae"

tapos yung babae, todo hiya, hindi na makatingin. namula pa.

then you know what the KFC counter did? they processed her order.


You see both sides of the equation should be balanced. kailangan din protectahan yung mga tumatayo to do the right thing.

Sa ibang bansa hindi itotolerate yan. ang mga singgit pagsasabihan na pumila. pati kapwa mo customer pagsasabihan ka. kung matigas ang mukha, e di wag i process.

@blooming, tama imbes maghanap ng bagong tax e lahat ng mga maling ginagawa lagyan ng fine para maobliga na sumunod. Pag laging ginagawa madedevelop na sa sistema ng tao ang pagsunod. Kaya nga palasunod sa sg kasi ang mahal ng fine. Wag na lumabas ng bansa, sa may serendra market2x area sumusunod mga taxi drivers wag magsakay pag d loading area. Kasi huhuliin talaga. So napipilitan sumunod mga pasahero at nag aabang sa tamang lugar.

So tama sabi ni akthung, balanse nga dapat. Example ko ulit sa taxi, yung sa greenbelt 1 may foreigner na puti na sumingit ( d ko makapaniwala ha) so sinabihan ko ang guard, sagot: d ko nakita e. Ayun yun na yun. Mali na kung sumagot pa kakaiba.

For basic services such as fuel, electricity and water, kailangan may long term plan ang gobyerno at hindi nalang basta ERAP or Gloria style na pilit ibaba pero wala naman fundamentals.  Ibig kong sabihin, pinilit nilang i-control ang price ng kuryente, nang palugi. So ang gobyerno nag-aabono sa mga ginagamit ng mga tao. Mga tao naman akala mura, sige ng gamit. Ang gobyerno, umutang, nagkandalugi lugi, ginamit ang mga taxes para i-subsidize ang crudo na ginamit para sa mga kuryente. Mali di b?

Nung time ni Marcos, may 10 year plan sya sa mga basic things like electricity, tubig at fuel.  Kailangan may census ka, kailangan icontrol mo ang pagdami at pag alis ng mga tao. Ang pagpasok din ng mga investors.  Bale wala kung magpromise ka ng $1B investment, kung wala silang kuryente o tubig at rolling brownouts/rasyon ang mapapala nila. Kailngan may data ka to know how much tons of fuel, kwh of electricity and cubic meters of water you will need to run the society.  Tapos from there, hahanap ka ng ways to support that for the next 5-10years. Ang kuryente kasi, takes 5 years para magpatayo ng planta. Kaya kailanga talaga ng long range planning.

Ang makatarungan i-review ang mga policies sa pagbayad ng kuryente, tubig na nayan. Ang pagprice ng gasolina, transportation. Kung mahal, eh di mahal, kelangan bayaran. And we have to find ways how to LOWER THE COST.  Sa gayon, end result nya mas mababang presyo ng kuryente, tubig at fuel.

One example, yung mga sweldo at bonus ng MWSS, yan dapat ireview yan. Yung mga squatter na nagj-umper at nagnanakaw ng tubig - yan kelangan ireview.

My point here is dapat long term at sustainable ang solution, at hindi pa-pacha pacha lang --- which is what has been happening for the last 20 years since Cory took over.  Kaya tayo nagkandaleche leche. Am not a Marcos supporter kasi di rin ako agree sa mga karahasan at corruption nangyari during those days. Pero what I admire most is MAY PLANO SYANG LONG TERM. and that is what the country needs.

ang hinala ko, my personal hinala lang, that the system is too tangled to untangle...and too sensitive too touch (stepping on toes) that its quite hard to generate new funds from old activities. therefore the easiest way to prove that the administration will be "capable" of generating money is to implement new taxes.

nasa Pilipino din kasi yung problem...galawin mo ang simbahan...may aangal. excommunicado kuno....sitahin mo ang medical profession, im sure may aangal...sitahin mo ang education...meron din aangal...so on and so forth.

so saan na lulugar? sa dami dami ng matatalino sa Pinas, sino ngayon ang tama? one thing for sure --we're falling behind.
