^di ako sure pero I think it has got something to do with the "programming" ng forum kaya nabubura yung posts.

Yang number of posts na yan, issue na yan since waaaaayyy back.

Ganun talaga, we just have to follow the rules, lalo na at may pagka technical na yun.
Di ko sure kung talagang ang rason is to keep the members active...pero sure ako na nababawasan sya dahil nagbabawas talaga ng threads.

Nagtataka lang ako bakit may mga Probationary na 0-1 posts nakaka-gawa ng thread samantala yung mga newbie na more than 1 posts eh hindi maka-create ng thread.

newbie. magkakaiba tuloy sila ng restrictions.

And another question.

Probationary members' posts are subject to approval diba? The moderator can outrightly disapprove a post pero bakit may iba na nakakalusot pa rin? Like yung sinasabi ko nga na Probationary nakaka-create ng thread, or ibang Probationary na nag-aadvertise sa maling thread.

^ idagdag mo pa ang newbies na pwede magbenta sa Marketplace, napupuno ng clutter promise,
especially yung mga looking for posts, na kadalasan yung mga hinahanap nila e meron sa ibang
posts ng mga nagbebenta doon. mga tinatamad lang maghanap.

isa pang weird, yung restrictions ng guytalkers, wala silang access sa madaming boards dito, pero yung
mga bagong guy talkers kahit san pwede pumunta.

thats weird, nag RTM ako just now and nag-error saying last topic report from my IP was less than 120 secs ago. e wala naman akong ina-RTM the whole afternoon.

^Ganyan din minsan sa akin.

Sana lang ma-address yung sa Probationary na nakakapag-post. Meron kasi Probationary na nagspa-spam ngayon tapos ayun nga yung sa RTM nga tulad kay babyjapnurse, di ako makapag-RTM pa kasi yung 120 seconds na yan na first RTM ko palang naman today haha

^ nakakainis diba? sa dami ng mga nagpapataas post count lang dito by posting irrelevant messages sa threads or mga attendance posts sana nga mas shorter or kung pwede wala nang interval between each RTM eh para mas mabilis, in the first place mas nakakatulong naman sa moderators yun kasi mas napapadali trabaho nila kesa sila pa yung isaisang mag-check and browse ng threads to look for insignificant posts.

actually, spam sa email ng mga mods ang rtm. LOL!!
Kasi kada tao na mag rtm ng isang topic, isang email yun. so kung sampung tao ang nag rtm ng isang post, sampung email papasok. Minsan kahit may action na sila, yung email/rtm iwi-weed out pa nila kasi nga redundant. Minsan pag check nila ng link, wala na pala yung post kasi na sort out na ng co-mod nila

to top it off, hindi lang isang topic ang narereport. Kaya kung hindi madalas mag check si mod ng email...or mag ayos sa forum... matatambakan sya.

^ pansin ko lang mas easier sana if kunwari may naka-designate na certain section for a specific group of moderators, para hindi rambulan lahat ng RTM sa mga email nila, ansakit sa ulo ayusin nun naiimagine ko lang.

pansin ko nga rin parang ala din moderator na nagoonline lately, busyness.
