how much na rates ng velvet mood ngayon?

we got them for our wedding almost 7 years ago for church and reception. we provided the list of songs we want them to sing and list of songs we dont want them to sing/play in our wedding.

maliban dun, as part of hubby's wedding gift for me, sya ang kumanta sa church while me walking down the aisle. the song is an OPM but not that popular. yet ginawan nila ng paraan to get the piece. we just provided a copy of the song, then sila na bahala. nag practice na lang sila ni hubby sa church before the ceremony.

also, during the reception may special request kami sa isang guest to sing for us. she provided a Cd to play sabay kanta nya, pero during the 2nd part of the song, nagka problem kaya nag live sya on the spot tumugtog yung quartet for her. highly recommended.

^Wow, lalo ako na excite to hear them play sa wedding namin mismo. and super nice nila kausap talaga. quote nila sakin for quartet (ceremony reception) ay 13,500. not sure kung nag increase na talaga sila ng rate.

mga sis question lang, okay lang ba kung wala akong kinuhang strings to play sa church? kase yung package ng church namin meron na soloist/choir. wala kase ko alam kung nagbibigay ba ng cd to play or yung soloist na mismo ang kakanta sa whole ceremony. wala kase yan sa list ng budget ko, okay lang ba kahit wala? our church pala is sta. rita de cascia in qc

sa reception naman di ko rin alam kung magbibigay na lang din ng cd dun sa mobile sounds na nakuha ko.

sis, check mo muna sa church nyo if allowed ba sa kanila to play love songs during your bridal march. kasi if pwede naman, then i guess, enough na yung choir na iprovide ng church mo. however, pag sakop sila dun sa new rule na bawal na ang love songs (na only bridal march or canon in d lang ang pwede during the bridal march) , i guess need mo talaga ng CD or get strings.

hay naku, for some reasons, wala ako masyado narinig na tugtog nila yung kasal. (dahil siguro nasa cloud 9 ako) haha. even yung bridal song ko. akala ko din kasi yung for a lifetime yung tugtugin nila, pero tinupad ni sir edwin yung request ko two weeks before the wedding (medyo mahabang kwento) hehe. super nasurprise din nila kami ni hubby during our first dance. kasi alternative yun first dance namin, akala ko di na nila magagaya. sabi ko pa, kung di nila kaya, kahit anong love song nalang ang i play nila, kaya super happy ni hubby nung narining nya yung kinanta na nila yung song.

ay sis sa Dec pa kasi wedding so I can't tell pa..nung wedding ni sis katrinac sila yung nagplay, so far magaganda naman yung feedbacks na nababasa ko about them. Nagsend sila sa kn sis ng 3 samples nila eh, do you want me to send it? Or maybe you can ask them na lang din.
