hi mga sis, may pimples ako sa likod. Di ko alam kung pano i treatment kase lahat naman na try ko na, wala parin . Any body po na may alam kung ano magandang ilagay sa likod ko para mag stop na sya? thanks.

Super OT, oo sis OTC yung hyoscine(buscopan) and domperidone( motilium). Or just buy generics ok din naman ^^

Healthy option sis marami silang zinc variants. Best for hormonal acne is zinc picolinate, pero I take chelated zinc kasi cheaper.

It's been two weeks since im using the effaclar duo plus. Wala na yung bumps ng pimples ko dry na sha pero red parin sha. I'm giving this cream until six weeks kapag hindi pa nawala ang blemishes ko pupunta n ako sa derma. Sabi kasi sa mga reviews it takes 6 weeks para mawala yung mga marks eh.hay sana nga mawala talaga.  Kaka depress ang mga pimple marks.

I'm in my early 30s and had suffered from acne. I didn't have it when I was in my teens and twenties. I would get one pimple on my periods, minsan wala. My skin was clear.

Then 2 years ago, I don't know what happened but I started breaking out, it was so bad. Naawa sa akin mother ko because she knows about my self esteem issues. She suggested taking birth control pills might help. I didn't listen to her, I thought the experts (dermas) would know and would tell me if it was hormonal acne.

Early this year lumala acne ko, I had huge zits all over my face, a lot of them around my mouth and chin. Again, my mother mentioned birth control pills, she told me one of our neighbors had been suffering from acne too and was advised by her dermatologist to consult an OB. She was prescribed Althea.

At this point I was already desperate, imagine one time I went to a clinic to get pimple injections and they found 13 active pimples on my face! Ang sakit ng face at bulsa ko after the injections.

Okay, what I did was wrong, I just bought a pack of Althea pills without seeing an OB first. Pero I'm healthy naman. I had headaches on my first month of taking it, but the succeeding months wala na.

Now, I've just finished my 5th pack and my acne is now under control. I started clearing up on my 4th box. Now, there's just my acne marks that need to be taken cared of.

Althea is my life saver. Hormonal acne / imbalance daw kasi. Although...I haven't been on Althea for about 6 months now and I just have breakouts every now and then. Puro white heads, etc, tapos meron susulpot minsan ang lalaki, minsan sa leeg at likod pa nga. Sobrang badtrip.

For huge pimples, ino-overnight ko ng polishing peel ng nuskin. kinabukasan dry na sya. Okay din yun pumpkin mask ng andalou naturals, nuskin's clear action night treatment and of course, my poor girl's toner, eskinol + clindamycin.

Nahiyang ako before sa VMV pero realized they're kinda pricey..switched over to nuskin tapos better kasi discounted naman plus same lang din sila ng effect ng vmv sakin. win-win

^ I also took Althea for six months, it helped me with hormonal issues and aside from acne nacure din hirsutism ko. although pinatigil na ko ng althea after 6 months since its not advisable to continue for years, magiging dependent kasi ang body natin.

I used eskinol and maxipeel together. Di ba ang maxipeel nakakapag lighten sha ng pimple marks. Pero bakit ngayon sa pimple marks ko kapag nilalagyan ko namumula sha, before naman hindi naman ganun. Hay kaloka. Ang tagal mawala ng mga blemishes ko. Miss ko na yung face ko na makinis...

Cleansing gel, mattifying toner, tapos yun nightly treatment nila for acne. Then minsan Galvanic Spa, lalo if malalaki pimples..reasonably-priced naman sya especially if distributor ka..

^ sis, isang reason ng pimple sa jawline. chin area is toothpaste. Did you recently change your toothpaste brand? Tsaka pwedeng stress din yan.

I'm still taking Althea and hindi rin ako nag-gain ng weight kahit pa ang lakas ko kumain.

Sobrang dami kong pimples ngayon. And pimple marks. Hindi ko maidentify ang culprit, sa dinami dami ng tine take kong pampaganda lalo naman ako pumapangit. Pero it started when I started taking collagen powder drinks.

Derm A - ok sya mabilis makadry ng pimples, tapos micropeel pa. Just make sure na thin layer lang ilalagay sa skin. Problema ko dito talagang naglalabasan yung pimples ko. Nakakapa ko talaga sya sa cheeks at kinukutkot ko mag isa. Kaya hello pimple marks!

Vit C powder mixed with moisturizer. Babad ko sya sa face mga 15 minutes before maligo. Instant effect sya sakin. Siguro kasi may mini exfolliation din dahil sa hindi nalusaw na vit c powder.

Im into facial and diamond peel din. Pero hindi talaga sila mawala or mabawasan man lang. The doctor recommended Red treatment para madry daw pimples. And should micropeel in 3 days.
Bawal ako maglagay muna ng moisturizer. Neutrogena facial wash muna para gentle lang. And I stopped taking collagen. Pero tuloy pa din ako sa kung ano anong beauty supplements.
