I've tried Katialis for my pimples recently. Effective naman siya, nawala yung pimples after 2 days

if oily skin kayo sis try nyo himalaya neem soap free facial wash,it helps to control the oilyness of the face,helps cure pimples and natural antibiotic for the skin.nawala pimples ko using that facial wash,dark spots nalang kaya I use dermaroll,once ko palang nagamit until now na 7 days na skin ko ,still my micropeeling parin,it lightens na my darkspots ,kaso kasi last oct.29 ,nag duty ako ng 2pm-6am tapos meeting pa namin ,kaya eto may pimples nanaman ako sa chin area at malaki  pa,,ng matulog naman na me lumiit narin pimples ko. need talaga tulog para makaiwas pimples,,

Has anyone tried laser treatments on their acne? How was it? Thanks!

Nagpa-derma ako nung Sunday. sabi nya need ko daw mag roacutane. Eh since trying to conceive kami ni hubby, laser treatment nalang daw. They call it photopneumatic therapy. Ayun, nakaka 1 session palang ako, feeling ko nahold-up ako. sobrang mahal! every 2 weeks siya. so sabi ng doctor ko, balik ako after 2 weeks. Pero niresitahan din niya ko ng topical; cleansing gel, exfoliac lotion (AHA + Salicylic Acid). In 3 days, tuyo lahat ng pimples ko. Feeling ko dahil lang sa exfoliac lotion na nireseta niya eh. So baka hinde na ko bumalik sa kaniya for 2nd session ng laser. LOL! 

So my regimen now is:

Night:
Noreva cleansing gel
Noreva Exfoliac lotion
Noreva Zeniac LP (spot treatment lang)

Day:
Noreva cleansing gel
Noreva Exfoliac lotion
Cetaphil Moisturizer
Olay Sunblock

Sinasabayan ko din ng Vit D3 4,000 iu. Dito kasi sa Dubai, hinde kami naaarawan. Lage indoor. Nawawala daw yung vit D na galing sa araw. kaya daming cases ng acne here. Then bumili din ako ng Vitex sa amazon. Para naman siya sa hormonal acne. Waiting to deliver pa.

Mmmm. Sakin nagpimples lang ako ulit nung nagdorm ako sa Manila at hindi maganda yung laba. Wala nakong pimples pero I still have marks; nagrereduce na yung marks and I'm not applying anything.

Try niyong isabon yung kojic soap (Beauché gamit ko) then ice.
I did this 3-4x a day.

For starters pwedeng 1:1 or 1:2 especially kapag sensitive ang skin mo sa acids. Ako kasi nung nagstart ako sa straight vinegar, medyo matapang sa eyes ko though di naman mahapdi. Pero if me existing pimple ka, ambilis nya mahinog. Lumalabas agad yung laman then natutuyo. Lalo na kapag cystic pimple.

I noticed mas clear ang face ko pag yung Black Paint soap ang gamit ko. I bought the Sebamed Antibacterial Cleansing Foam which is supposedly for acne prone skin, pero this cleanser did not help at all. Lagi akong nagkakaron ng new pimples dito. Bumalik ako sa Black Paint soap naging clear ulit. Hiyangan talaga pagdating sa products

Hello newbie here po like most of you sisses,  i am so frutrated with my pimples na. I have been battling hormonal acne for a year + now. Natry ko nadin almost everything from natural stuff to sabong panlaba. Hahaha. What really helped me was going to the derma. I got 85% clear skin after 6 months of going to derma, twice a week for 3 months then once a month for another 3 months. But then sinumpong na naman ako ng pimples-!!!! Huhu wth. kasi naman i got super stressed at work again. This is what i do:
Zinc 55mg 3x a day
Squalene 500mg
Vit c 500 3x a day
Vit a+d 10k iu/400 iu
12-16 glasses of water
Olive oil for frying food
70% dark choco lang for sweets craving
No dairy and dairy products specially ice cream cakes pastries etc (causes insulin spike= increased testosterone levels=more oil+ acne)

Iwas din ako now sa food with high gluten content, affects hormone and insulin levels din kasi. I hope this info can help some of us here... lakas kasi talaga makababa ng self esteem tong pimples at pimple marks.

dahil horanal ang pimples ko,kasi kung kailan nag 35 yrs old ako ,nagkapimples every menstruation,ayoko naman mag contraceptive pills ,so I bought pimple pill from derma...60caps/bottle ..try ko lang muna .

Maganda din yung Oatmeal, nakakkuha nung blackheads at deep exfoaliator.Lessens your blemishes also, good for the skin talaga siya.  Basta ang galing ng Oatmeal!  

hi new lang ako dito and im looking for home remedies to cure acne and blackheads. ask ko lang may specific brand ba ng oatmeal sis? pwede ba quaker oats na regular?

Right now i am using Betadine 10 % solution as spot treatment super effective sakin, especially those that I pricked with a pricking tool. For those na hindi ko prinick mas mabagal, around 4 days bago nawala talaga.
