I used to have pimples & acne.  What helped me A LOT is taking Isotretinoin & using tretinoin regularly.  After that hormonal acne na lang ang nagkakaroon ako & sobrang minsan na lang.  But when I changed my diet, no more sugar, processed & junk food, kahit hormonal acne nawala na.  Even my dermatologist asked me kung anong bago kong skin care kasi ang clear ng skin ko.

Even if you're using sunscreen, avoid the sun pa din.  While on Isotretinoin, I didn't do any laser treatments because of the high dosage of vitamin A in Isotretinoin, your skin doesn't heal fast.  But after finishing a full dose of Isotret in 6 months, dun na ako nagpa Fraxel.  & while on Isotret, my lips also became dry kaya palagi akong may lip balm.

Thanks sis. Pinapa ELOS laser ako ng derma doctor ko eh sabi niya it's safe daw while taking isotret. So far okay naman.

Pacheck kayo mga sis sa OB, early this year dami ko  pimples sa chin, alam ko kasi di toothpaste ang culprit because yun naman talaga gamit ko dati pa. I know hormones ang problem, thanks to Althea, normal na uli skin ko.

Sis never ka nag pa check sa derma?  to know the real reason kung bakit ka nag ka acne. marami kasing pwede mag cause yan and one is hormones talaga or minsan yung iba may pcos na pala sila. Mahirap rin kasi kung base lang tayo sa online.

The skin care that helps control my acne now;

AM: VMV hydra balance or red better facial cleanser; VMV hydra balance moisturizer with spf15; Ponds BB magical powder with spf. Cleanser, moisturizer w/ sunscreen, and powder w/ sunscreen lang talaga. I don?t put make up.

PM: same cleanser; ACWELL ph 5.5 toner. I don?t put anything na. Cleanser and toner lang talaga.

Weekends: use Fairyskin set(toner and cream) at night. For exfoliation purposes tong Fairyskin.

Yes, once a month is a standard interval for facials.  Scarring will really depend on the facial clinic you go to and their process cause for me it's rare I get scars after my facial treatment.

Facials are a great way to keep your skin on top shape and it has several benefits besides from facial cleaning.

Cosrx patch pag nilalagay ko sa gabi sa umaga tuyo na or lumiliit na ang pimples. Minsan kahit sa umaga nilalagay ko rin hindi naman kasi halata kasi patang nag be blend sa skin.

Ang anak ko ang aga tinubuan ng pimple sa kabilaang cheeks and forehead. 11yrs old lang siya. Pinagamit ko ng Eskinol for teens cleanser bago maghilamos. After ng cleanser derecho hilamos na siya. Nature Republic Pore Away clay pack to foam facial wash gamit niya. Tapos  after maghilamos Nature Republic Pore Away toner. Then The Faceshop Jeju Aloe Ice. Ngayon tuyo na pimples niya sa noo and nagclear out na yung nasa cheeks niya. At hindi naman nagdry ang skin niya.
