Just bought the GC today. Nagenroll na din ako afterwards. Tinanggap naman. Actually, yung mga GC na yun galing din sa GOLDS parang sponsor nila. Nagkataon yung binilan ko siguro nabigyan siya ng ganon from somewhere then he sells for a cheap price. Aun.

I'll be starting on April 1 at GG North Edsa. excited na ako sa mga classes.

Gusto kong maging active sa Gold's gym sa galleria pero wala akong gym buddy. At since maraming tao parati, gusto ko sana may laging kasama. Di pa rin ako familiar sa mga equipment. Help mga sis!

hi sis, sana maenjoy mo ang classes sa north edsa, promise masaya ang zumba class ni alex a. sa gg new manila ako nakamember ngayon eh kaso good for two months lang, i bought my membership through ebay.ph naman, intense ang body combat and yung definitions and yung spinning..
as for having a gym buddy, friendly naman ang ibang gym goers, like yung saken first week ko may nakaksabay ako sa lockers kasi hinahabol ko ang 6.30pm class lage ayun may makakangitian ka muna then chikka chikka na i have a gym buddy rin naman, officemate ko siya kaso hindi siya regular na sumasabay saken eh, hirap talaga pag ang kasama mo may lovelife minsan kahit gusto mo pa tumuloy sa next class biglang iiwan ka niya kasi nag aantay na daw ang papa sa meet-up place, so no choice aalis ka na lang din para may kasabay ka sa byahe pauwi.. so ayun laging ganun, ginawa ko i'll attend classes alone na lang, nasanay na rin ako mag-isa, naeenjoy ko ang tatlong magkakasunod na GGX classes

I go to gg new manila on my own... Sa umpisa parang awkward na mag isa ako, but the free Pt sessions helped me get oriented with the equiptments... Pag ggx naman focused ka sa instructor so di naman ganun ka important para sa kin na meron gym buddy.

^ I also go to New Manila. Ako naman mas gusto ko by myself, para I can concentrate when working out.Then I make chikka with my gym buddies after, they're friends I've made usually doing GGX classes. So just keep at it, time flies in a class anyway, and you'll eventually make gym buddies later.

bought the 10-class voucher from metrodeal. Meron ba sanyo bumili? kasi the voucher said ANY class pero nung tumawag kami limited na lang and yung mga class na sa hapon lang and not so popular.

i go to timog... okay naman pero lately ang init... sira ata aircon... kaya di ko alam kung pinapapawisan ba ako kakasayaw ng zumba o dahil la aircon! hahahaha

i go to timog... okay naman pero lately ang init... sira ata aircon... kaya di ko alam kung pinapapawisan ba ako kakasayaw ng zumba o dahil la aircon! hahahaha

 It's not sira, di lang talaga kaya ng init. Tagal na namin rinereklamo ang a.c. nila. Mas worse pa pag madami nag a-attend ng class. Try New Manila, new aircons, not super cold, but di naman parang sauna.

^im gonna try golds munoz.. Ok sana sa new manila kaya lang nag change sila ng sched ng classes but i will still go there.. Timog naman ang init sobra... Weird pa kasi amoy food yung area near the locker room.

Hello mga sis I just enrolled a 3-month membership, excited na ako since it's my first time to go to the gym! It's one of our perks here at our company so avail ko na agad yun discount together w/ my cousin. I wonder kung saan yun branch ng Gold's na may pool?
