 Timog, but now and since I'm near lang, sa New Manila din. Their GGX sked sa afternoon/evenings, you can Body Combat from Mon-Sat!

Evening's right? Then you're hardcore dude! I told nga the instructor ng Friday's, si Ramon, who put the GGX sked together, you can Body Combat almost everyday except Sunday. Who's you're favorite? I haven't done Wed and Sat nalang.

Body Combat is a good cardio workout e. I don't use the treadmill so umaasa ako sa combat. Haha. So far, Allan of Mondays yung fave ko. Or maybe because his class was the first I joined after 2 months of no combat kaya mas nasanay ako sa moves niya.
